Ordered a combo appetizer to go. When I got home the cheese wedges had no cheese in it at all. Called the restaurant and manager offered half credit for next time which I was okay with. Still disappointed because I love those cheese wedges.

Plates and silverware were dirty. Rolls were flavorless. There was an ant in my water. Ordered a bacon burger but didn’t receive bacon and was charged for it anyway. Slow service. Will not be returning.

We went in for lunch. It was very quiet. Our waitress was fantastic. She was courteous, quick, and was terrific with my granddaughter Our order was correct,even the to go order.

Me and my husband and daughter went for dinner last night. I got the chicken breast dinner with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I was only able to take about 4 bites of one of my chicken breasts I ate all my mashed potatoes and half of my broccoli. By the time we left my stomach was cramping. I woke up at 2:00 this morning with the most awful pains in my stomach I was on the toilet for 2 hours. I got food poisoning. Today is awful. Everytime I eat here I always get sick. I always try something different too. After yesterday I will never be back!

Met my sisters there for lunch. The waitress did a fabulous job of waiting on us, even though I am sure we drove her crazy. I had the fish and chips, and it was delicious.

Been a while since we've been. The past few times were aweful. Thought we would g9ve them another shot...... Rolls were warm, but butter was almost frozen. Butter never melted on the roll. Only got 1 basket even after asking for another. But that's besides the point.... For dinner I Ordered steak and tenders. 1 tender was obviously setting for a while and 3 shades darker than the other 2. The breading was way too crunchy, it was almost rock hard. Steak was ordered mid rare, came out mid well. When I nicely mentioned something to our server, she said it was mid rare... um... the steak was the same color ALL THE WAY THROUGH. so if it was temped at mid rare, the steak obviously set out raw a little too long in the open air. This was honestly the last time I will ever return to a O'Charly's establishment.
Steak was a bit undercooked but otherwise everything was fine

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM OCHARLYS MENU. They are serviced by Door Dash. If Door Dash fails to deliver your food neither they nor OCHARLEYS will give you a refund. This has happened twice and I'm done.
