The shrimp scampi had 5 little pieces of shrimp and it was very dry. No garlic butter sauce. Awful.The chicken with pineapple and rice was horrible. The pineapple was so tiny and colorless. Looked like it came out of a kids pineapple fruit pack.At least the bread still tasted great.Youve gone downhill O’Charley’s.

I thought it was a little quiet for a Thursday. The menu had changed a little since my last visit. A bit more comfort food on the menu, it seemed. The food was solid and better than I thought it would be. Service was solid.

Very disappointed in the sever named Aaron he was very disappointed to me and my family and also very rude with two of his co workers he was yelling at and sever them cry I wanted to get up and say something but I didn’t he doesn’t need to be working in a restaurant if he’s going to be rude to not only customers but to his co worker as well we will not be coming back for a long time me and my family are very disappointed he also made not only me and my family but several other customers uncomfortable as well.

Mash potatoes were frozen. Beef was lukewarm. Really sad experience for 40 dollars. The best part about the meal was leaving. (I never give food reviews, but that was lame, do better guys)

I had not been here in years. I had chicken strips. Fries. And loaded Mac and cheese. I was not impressed with the chicken fingers because they had little flavor but the loaded Mac n cheese was great. I will try something else next time. Server was great. I will give it another try.

Ordered online and time was given. We arrived to pickup and waited 15 extra minutes. My husband went in and no one at the front desk. He came out to confirm when we ordered and the time it said would be ready. He went back and finally a manager came out. The manager said the online system should haven't given that time but we saw they wasn't busy. He offered appetizer which would have been more wait time and then just gave him a piece of pie. So what good is their online system if the pickup time isn't correct. That is a poor excuse when obviously they wasn't that busy. They didn't give us the usual utensils bread or butter. We live so close and order from this location more than others. Totally disappointed

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, HANDS DOWN!!! The waitress, Kayla, was phenomenal. The food was EXACTLY as it appeared in the menu, no exaggeration! It tasted even better than it looked. The overall experience was so good I felt obligated to share it. Will most certainly be returning!

It's been a while since we visited, but we all found something we love, the warm rolls! And our entrees were yummy, reasonably priced, and served nicely. I especially like paying with my phone using the QR code on the receipt. That's so nice! Thanks for the great service.

Our Lunch Bunch meets monthly. This month we went to O'Charley's in Milford. We had 10 guests. Caleb was our waiter.Caleb was so efficient. He remembered what each person had ordered. Returned later to ask if we needed anything extra. He made our experience very pleasant with a larger crowd that we had. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We asked to speak to the manager, Brendon, who immediately came to our table. We wanted to tell him what a great experience we had.In fact we always go to a different restaurant each month but we decided to return in March. We meet on Tuesdays which is too bad because we could have free pie on Wednesdays!
