Broke my mom out of the “home” for the day and she really wanted Panera broccoli cheddar soup. She very slowly walked from the car with her walker - the manager came to assist us with no hesitation- he was lovely! All the workers were super helpful. Thank you!!! My mom was so happy!

It was friendly there and they were quick but the bread is hard as a rock but for what I got the main salad was very good and mac n cheese was hot and creamy so I would go again cause apart from bread being an improvement process everything else was great and on point!

Wonderful experience overall, even if food was pricy. Quality of food was okay but the fantastic staff and friendly faces made up for it! This was my 5th time going in the past 2 months and every time, mostly everyone is very nice. Good job to both inside workers and drive thru workers!
Stood at the counter for 8 minutes no service just for a mediocre meal. Don’t wast your time or money. Do better Panera

I used to love this place but the one in Milford, Ohio is not a good one. They are always out of something. This last time they got my sandwich order wrong. They put my salad in upside down and it was all because I asked about the $7.99 value items I saw online. She was really rude about it and then my order was all messed up out of spite.
