John the manager is extremely rude and unreasonable. If you want Papa John's I suggest ordering from the Goshen location as the staff is much more friendly and accommodating. When trying to add some garlic sauce to my order I was told there is absolutely no way they would do that without me paying for it OK fine so I tried to add it to the order and the order kept canceling and when I called to speak to the manager, John, about this he said there was nothing he could do and then hung up the phone on me.

Only half our food was delivered and it took almost a half hour after initial delivery to get the rest. The calzones we ordered were just small pizzas cut into halves and smashed together and not edible. Pizzas were disgusting and wrong ingredients. Shame on you!

I got the gluten free pizza. It was very good especially at the low price. With extra cheese, pepperoni, and onions it was still only $13! The gluten free crust is fine but not great. It gets the job done and has some nice crunch. I did ask for well done and maybe I should try the regular baking time next time I order. I'll be back!
