I doordash daily in this area. I take an order or 2 from here quite frequently and it's always the same thing: 1 person slowly making food while playing on his phone, won't start your order until you get there, and will leave it in the oven until he's done doing whatever he's doing on his phone. Today I had to call the store while inside it because I saw my customers food just sitting, I tried to call for someone, and got no response from this same guy who was sitting directly around the corner. I'd just avoid if there's other options.

Delivery is always a nightmare and then when you call the store, they hang up on you. “Nathan” who couldn’t understand my English, said he would have a manager call me and I’ve yet to get my pizza. I haven’t received a call from “Alex”, the alleged manager either.

Absolute worst pizza experience I’ve ever had in my life, got hung up on 3 TIMES!!! Completely rude I will tell absolutely everyone I know (everyone in Milford) to never go to Milford Pizza Hut ever again! Thank you you rude woman who doesn’t have any morals for herself or her job!!! She didn’t have a name tag, and wouldn’t give my father in law the pizza after it had been taken out of the bank!!! NEGATIVE STARS UNDER 0 not a 1

If I could give 0 stars I would! I called because the app was crashing and the lady was extremely rude and laughed at us for not being able to pay 75$ for 4 pizzas and when I tried to get her name she gave the phone to someone else (a man) he was very rude as well and hung up on me when I asked for a higher up.
Ordered triple treat box. Both pizzas i ordered were wrong. This place has really gone downhill.

Edit! LESS THAN 1 STAR IS DESERVED! Since taking new ownership this place has gone down hill! Orders always wrong. Employees have terrible BO and hygiene, are rude and the food is terrible. Our last chance order this week was full of 4 inch long black hairs! As if someone emptied out a hairbrush in the pizza and covered it with cheese before cooking it! Do not go to this Pizza Hut! Disgusting!
