Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Special burger deal sounds great until you see the small burger which they put on a too big bun. The Ceasar side salad was horrific all wet and a 1/2 pound of dry parmesan! Server was there but didnt say anything to cook about how our food looked, but did admit it wasn't good after I said something. Don't think I'm going back again, use to go there a lot 5 years ago, something is slipping.

Their Server Matthew lied to me saying the milkshake machine was down because I was trying to buy a milkshake as a surprise for a table next to me. Instead of saying they declined the offer, he lied and had the kitchen manager come out to me. They then hung up whe. I called to complain. Terrible service, never going back again

We went here yesterday night on a Saturday, let me tell you our server Nikki is a 10/10 server! she does her best every single time and gives her 100! she is the sweetest! I had gotten a bonzai burger which is the best burger I have ever had. I particularly LOVE the campfire sauce and I wish they came in bottles that you could purchase. They are amazing!

The food was good. Our waiter was very friendly and came by enough to make sure our drinks were full & extra serving of fries when needed.
There is plenty of parking & several handicap parking spots, some van accessible.

The reason for 4 stars is that a waitress complained very loudly in the dining area about not getting a tip & staying overtime. It made several customers turn in her direction & watch the drama unfold as she complained to another waitress. I understand her frustration, but there is a time & place for everything. You never complain in front of customers, especially loud enough for the whole dining area to hear.
I am not sure if this is a common occurrence, but it could explain why there were a lot of empty tables during prime dinner hours.

This place is amazing and they work as a team and r just one big family I am so thankful my father was able to be apart of Red Robin’s not many know but my dad was a manger here and recently passed and after his passing this place truly showed how much of a team and a family they r they take care of everyone one employee wise and customers that walk through there doors even though my dad is gone this will still be my go to place to eat with my daughter the amount of care they have in there hearts is amazing and going forward I will always look at them as part of my family bc they were my dads family❤️

This location has always been a wild card but after eating there tonight, it pushed me to make this review. It took over an hour and half to get our food on a Tuesday which the restaurant was not busy at all. Come to find out our waitress was new but no support at all from the manager. They never checked in on us and offered any additional assistance. Just a bad experience and probably our last at this location.

Super good burgers amazing waiters and awesome atmosphere, there are cheap burgers if you want it and expensive burgers if you want that! Some of the best burgers of my life, but expect to pay 15-20 dollars per person

I was very pleased with my visit. The food was good but the shroom burger was missing something, it was good just not the best, now the fries hit and crispy. Server was amazing quick and friendly thank you all.
