We were told seating wasn’t allowed in a booth. They sat us at a table. The waiter sat at another table and never came over to us in 15 minutes of sitting there we got up and left.

Red Robin has become a Friday night go to for my family because my kiddo is obsessed with watching the balloon animals getting made, and the tricks he does as he roams around. I found out that balloon guys last night is January 23rd and I'm so sad that we need to find a new place for our family night out.

The burgers are great, but it was the atmosphere and entertainment that kept us returning. The wait times for food at Red Robin are regularly delayed, and we don't do screen at dinner which balloon guy became our favorite part of the night.

Had an awesome time. Service was quick for the big group we had. Minor mistakes but was corrected quick. Price was good and had plenty to take home also.

Not very happy with red Robin they gave us a nasty highchair with old food on it we waited uo front for over 10minutes I will add there was only 4 customers in the entire restaurant i had to clean the highchair my self really disappointed on what was supposed to be a nice birthday lunch 😕

Was not packed, not a ton of people. Service was quick and refills as soon as we were almost done without having to ask. Great burgers wow 🤯 the flavor. Also with the burgers order you get bottomless steak fries, or finish those fries and get a salad. There are certain sides you get bottomless and can switch them out.

Nice place for a fancy burger. The prices are a little on the high side, but everything is now. Good service and excellent parking.

We had an amazing time Friday November 28, 2025. We had 10 in our party and we were celebrating a birthday. From the moment we walked in to the time we left everything was perfect. Since we couldn’t make reservations we figured we would have quite a wait. But I was wrong. We were seated within 10-12 minutes. And then our awesome server arrived with a smile and lots of energy. Valerie took our drink orders and appetizers, served them, took our dinner orders. Was very attentive while we waited for our meals. She immediately took care of all our special requests, engaged in joyful conversation, gave special attention to our young grandson and served all our meals in remarkable time. (I must applaud the kitchen staff here because it was a very busy night and each of our meals were perfectly prepared! Thanks to each of you!) And Valerie, we appreciate so much your excellent service and attention to all of us. You made our evening extra special!

During my late lunch I was not offered any endless french fries with any of the meals for either me my wife and kids and the atmosphere felt sort of rushed in the fries were supposed to be bottomless and there was barely any patrons or customers in there so that is why I have given it this rating the food rating is as above as well as the customer service etiquette we almost felt like getting up and leaving after we took our first bite.

Sooo....we went there a couple of weeks ago and had a terrible time. They gave us a $15 credit. Go in today to be told (after we ordered and ate) that we couldn't use it with what we ordered. Seems like a scam to me. Doesn't matter, we won't be back and I'll make sure EVERYONE knows the shady business your running.
