Food was OK, nothing special. The food was not what it was se real years ago and is very pricey. The service was OK but the waitress was horrible. She actually gave one of our party a verbal dressing down, twice until the manager got involved. This all over the self checkout which he disliked. That was an issue for us too.I'm not going back. Period.

Fries were cold. Received no service from sever other than dropping off food and drinks. At the price of this place you would expect better service. Asked for refills on drinks and our endless sides but sever ignored us and walked away. Restaurant was pretty empty she was not busy we could see her on her phone and eating in an area that I thought would be a health code violation where they fill drinks and dress food. I noticed in several complaints same issuse sever standing in that area eating. Should be reported. If I could give service a 0 I would.

The sever drop our food off we asked for ranch the sever replied absolutely and didn't not with the ranch or return to check on us until our good was gone. The severs 1 other table was right behind us she dropped off their food didn't check on us offer refill on our empty drinks or bottomless sides. We only had 1 severing. After dropping off the food to the other table she went in stood in the area where drinks are filled eating food and playing on phone until we had finished eating. We left because and asked for refills when she dropped off the box and she just kept walking away from us.

I loved everything about Red Robin. The staff there were really nice and welcoming, the service was great, and the food was delicious. Everything came out warm and fresh. I would 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to eat at.

This place is awful! Everything was dirty....tables looked and were sticky, booths are dirty and sticky, the windows and walls were disgusting! Drinking glasses were so spotty and filmy. Then when our burgers were brought out, (don't ask me why we even ordered) they had a knife sticking through the burgers....that is actually a violation of health codes....how do we know it's even clean?!? And the self-order/checkout table machines.....I can't believe our waitress asked me to touch it to pay! YUCK!! So everyone, save yourselves $35 and go next door to Wendy's! And ugh, what do the kitchens and bathrooms look like?!? For a burger joint, we weren't asked how we'd like them cooked.....super overcooked and dry!

Passing through town and stopped at Red Robin, one of our favorites as my wife worked at one when we learned we were expecting our first child. Very disappointed, there was weird smell when we sat down, almost like dirty mop water. Bathrooms were not clean and food was average. Server seemed annoyed the moment we sat down and never checked on up and left us with 4 napkins for a family of 5. I know Red Robin’s standards are better than this, no doubt.

I used to love going to Red. Robin but anymore. Last time I went there it was like a little quarter. Pounder it wasn't no burger like it used to be nothing special whatsoever except the price. TerribleParking: You have a lot of parking spots and once you go there you'll understand why
Burgers taste like precooked processed meat. I’ve tasted better burgers from fast food chains, and at a fraction of the cost. The bacon is a joke. Super thin fast food bacon. Ordered food and was told they were out 15 minutes after I ordered. Everyone was finished eating before I even got my food. Service was pretty bad and slow and business was quiet. Then they tried to charge me for the games when I hadn’t even touched the pay at the table device. The bill was more expensive than getting a burger and fry from a more upscale restaurant. Not a good experience at all.

New brisket LTO fries are great! The service was awesome even though they were packed and seemed to be short staffed. Asked for a certain drink and was told bartender walked out and they were limited on what they could make since the Manager was making drinks, still didn't do a bad job!
