I always have said that Roney’s had the best chicken in town, but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. The last two times I ordered their chicken it was overcooked and dry. In addition the chicken was very small. There is not any consistency with the quality of the Coleslaw, sometimes good other times not so much. The cashier was very anxious and stressed but she was new so that’s excused. The manager was not very personable or helpful. Not a great experience and won’t be back.

I love Roney's! I like creating my burger! The fries were made fresh and they were delicious! It's my favorite burger place! They also have fantastic fired chicken and a hamburger with ham! They have fresh brewed iced tea that's both sweet and unsweet! Really great food at a great price!

Just paid $10 for 2 large fries. We're not fresh at all and was the Smallest Large Fry I've ever seen.. I'd hate to see what the smaller fry size looks like

I got two roast beef sandwiches And fries the fries were terrible I couldn’t eat them it was like the grease was bad. Started to eat one sandwich and it too was not good at all. I have been to this restaurant since it re opened. It clearly is not the same. The fries used to be so good! Is this the same owner? I’ll never be back

went there last week at lunch ordered a #4 roast beef combo was asked if I wanted medium or large and I said large. when I got my food had a small fry and drink and the other guys that was with me ordered large combos and the got large drinks and fries. asked girl at counter and she said I got a large sandwich.
cost a lot to eat at these places and then they screw up orders and don't care.

Not the same quality food as the original Roney’s in Milford. The roast beef is pre sliced and dipped in aujus. The roast beef is tough. The cheeseburger wasn’t even hot the cheese didn’t even melt. Very disappointed.☹️

We picked up food later in the day, got a two piece chicken meal and a burger. We’ll start with the chicken meal, it was so dryed out and the biscuit was hard as a rock, only thing arable was mash potatoes. Then the burger was also dried out like it been under a heat lamp way to long so don’t think we’ll be going back there every again.
Something has changed. We were very disappointed with our dinner. The roast beef was not sliced the same it was thicker and did not have the same flavor or juiciness, it was dry. The lucky R burger had pieces of ham instead of slices and there was no cheese. We ordered fries and they came out with old and new in the box. When I took them back the worker felt the box and said they were hot. I had to insist on new fries and when they were finished she did not bring them out.
Overall very disappointed.

Used to really like this place. Got a roast beef stroller and the lettuce was just garbage. Tastes like dirty dishwater. Got a Lg. Roast beef and I could not really tell any difference from that and the regular one. Same size bun, just maybe a little more meat. It was so super expensive for what it is. I could have literally walked right across to Texas Roadhouse and gotten a meal for the same that I spent. #eff-roney's
