This was the worst customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks the " guy " up front wad just rude ad could be when the day before the man was a sweetheart but I will NEVER go in the morning again yall need better people

Ben was a great cashier - fast, knows the menu well, fantastic customer service and conversationalist. Everything came out quickly, and the rest of staff was great.

It always feels as if I need to apologize to the baristas for interrupting their conversation. Aside from making the drink, they do not acknowledge you at all. Particularly the man with long brown hair, very rude.

There is another star bucks much closer to my house on OH 28, I drive out of my way every time to come here. The service difference is night and day. Extremely nice and friendly staff, even making friendly jokes through the intercom for the drive thru. Always get my order right the first time, I love to start my day off by coming here. I will gladly drive 10 minutes the opposite direction to get this service every time. Thank you!
