They take forever, I did a mobile order went through the drive through sat there 15 mins for them to tell me they was out of my drink flavor. Did give a refund but if you are out of a flavor then you need to contact the customer. Reminder I did put the order in probably an additional 15 minutes before going to pick it up.

They run out of peppermint need to better prepare. It happens every year. I don't eat any food and use the drive thru only

Always takes forever here. I have gone 3 times and my wait has been 20 to 30 minutes. Employees always seem in a bad mood. Now I got a coffee and it was only 3/4 [of the way filled. What a waste of money and time.

This isn’t a Starbucks it’s a Great Clips
Also they have great breathmints
There is always an issue with my order. I’m not sure why the same lady at the window always seems flustered and confused. When asking if my drinks were covered with the coupon she couldn’t find out why it wasn’t covered. Having a detailed promo would help so consumers who know how they work could use them instead of guessing and having the staff have no answers. I get two tall iced coffees and was told “maybe next time get a venti”
If I get the smallest drink, why would I get the biggest drink?
Always being asked if I want to leave a tip is starting to get really annoying. If my order was correct and I didn’t have to come back I would be happy to leave a tip. But to be consistent in error then ask for a tip is backwards.

My girlfriend and i went to this Starbucks after school to get some work done, and we're forced to leave because one of the workers had a grudge against my girlfriend.
We went in and sat in the back, and were promptly insulted by the workers, and asked to leave because a worker that i wont mention by name used to date my girlfriend, and didn't wanna see her. They continued to loudly talk about how rude it was to come to this Starbucks after breaking Junos heart (the breakup was peaceful, though not mutual on the workers end).
In conclusion we were insulted, talked about (loudly mind you), and asked to leave because that worker didn't wanna see my girlfriend.

Julian was the kindest employee. They had great customer service. They had a great although short conversation which really brightened my mood. I was having a rough day, and they really helped lift my spirit without realizing it.

We come here just about every week. Last time was great very friendly people. Today at 1:30 not so friendly. We didn’t know they didn’t take big bills then some heavier lady with a striped shirt black hair poked her head in and rudely said to my husband “ we’re not a bank we don’t take big bills.” Then fastly walked away before I could say anything back. We know you’re not a bank and there was a better way to go about being kind and saying that as we was already having a bad day! I’ve worked in customer service and know how frustrating things can be but it cost 0 cents to be a kind person to your customers.
