Came in with my dad to order a latte and peach green tea lemonade. They made his coffee and skipped over my order then ignored me when I tried to ask about where my order was. One guy told me he only did hot drinks not cold drinks but at least he acknowledged me. the girl taking care of cold drinks was making orders that came in after me. I asked for a refund and they did not offer to make it right. Instead they made my drink quickly and wrong. My drink was watered down with no flavor. I asked for a refund again since it was not right and they gave a rotten attitude. This was too much money for something that was wrong. Maybe hire someone for customer service or quality control!

I go in to this location everyday (a little to much) and many of the times they have my order ready before I walk in. The people are amazing, after going inside Ive gotten to know them quite well. Amazing works that like to have fun in the down time whilst keeping a clean environment and level of professionalism that you'll expect in Starbucks.
Starbucks is good, but it doesn't taste good. I think it's the only thing that makes me feel better because I know you. That's sad.

Great staff and place to get stuff done! I wish they recycled! I saw a worker empty garbage cans and use 2 liners per each can that is 4 giant plastic bags for half filled garbage cans! Starbucks has PR on reducing waste it should train its teams to recycle. I took my used cups home and recycled them. For this reason I gave it 4 stars.

The drive-thru was quick and the person at the window was friendly. We enjoyed our drinks and the chicken maple egg sandwich. I have been several times to this location and have never had a problem.
