I have been going there in the morning several times a week with friends for YEARS. We sit over coffee and talk and laugh. The staff has always been great until this week. A new manager reprimanded us for disturbing her “working” customers. We thought it was a coffee shop not an office space. We will just go across the street to Panera. Coffee is cheaper and it’s more customer friendly.

I have been going to this Starbucks for about a year now. I have never ran into such an amazing group of workers. The way they put the customers first is mind blowing. Today a young lady named Jocelyn helped me and when I way she has the best customer service I have seen in a while. I have a difficult drink and they never complain, my drink is always made right and with care! Ashley is another employee who is just down right a gem! I appreciate this Starbucks so much. To the manager keep doing what you’re doing because this is how you run a business. Thank you to all the worker there you all make my day!

I placed an online order but for the wrong store in Milford. Ashley was kind, patient, and ensured the beat customer service for what was my mistake! Couldn't have done anything better! 5 star employee!!!

Usually this place is pretty good, but I went this evening around 7:30 because some people work late shift. They told me it would take an hour to turn on their coffee machine? It’s a coffee house, it’s supposed to have coffee.

They only fill the cups up half full. It’s absolutely horrible to pay for a large coffee and only get a small. I stopped going to this location because of that.

Came in with my dad to order a latte and peach green tea lemonade.
They made his coffee and skipped over my order then ignored me when I tried to ask about where my order was. One guy told me he only did hot drinks not cold drinks but at least he acknowledged me. the girl taking care of cold drinks was making orders that came in after me.
I asked for a refund and they did not offer to make it right. Instead they made my drink quickly and wrong.
My drink was watered down with no flavor. I asked for a refund again since it was not right and they gave a rotten attitude. This was too much money for something that was wrong.
Maybe hire someone for customer service or quality control!

I go in to this location everyday (a little to much) and many of the times they have my order ready before I walk in. The people are amazing, after going inside Ive gotten to know them quite well. Amazing works that like to have fun in the down time whilst keeping a clean environment and level of professionalism that you'll expect in Starbucks.
