If you say you are open until 10 then you shouldn't close before 9. We drove out of our way to come to this subway because it said it was open and my daughter wanted subway for dinner.

We ordered online and our sandwiches were not satisfactory. We called the store to inquire about our problem. Thankfully, they were happy to have us come back and remake our order. Thank you guys! I will return to this location in the future 🙏🙏

The hours at this location are posted as opening at 8 a.m. I stopped by at 8:30 and the door was still locked. After a couple of minutes they opened the door. If the hours are posted I expect to be able to be served during these hours. When I did order they only had about half of the vegetables out and the oven was not heated up so no toasted sandwich. This seems to be a problem at many of the Subway's in my area.

Ordered a foot long sub the bread was cold and hard and inedible the veggies was partially frozen and tasted like they been in a refrigerator for days, was the worst service and sandwich I've gotten there with new owners will never be back to that location .

Closed down early and refusing customers prior to closing time, stating that the time on the sign is when they leave, not when they stop serving customers. Despite speaking / understanding very limited English, the male worker was extremely rude. Also said that next week they will begin closing at 8:00 and the signs and online will just be wrong. Food is marked as one star because the female worker did finally agree to let me in and make the one sandwich that I needed (with 3 ingredients) and still did it wrong. I'll drive to a further location from now on, but definitely don't bother going if you're within an hour of closing time- they're already shutting down shop.

Today June 26th, my family and I got sick off of the food we ordered this morning. I attempted to call to Make them aware so nobody else gets sick, but there was a language barrier and he ended up just hanging up on me so…. Beware

We ordered 2 foot longs using delivery with DoorDash. Their website kept crashing and we had to order through Google. When we got the food. Only one of our sandwiches was a foot long and the other sandwich was 6 in. They were unopened. We ordered 2 foot longs. This location doesn’t know the difference between a 6 inch and a foot long. This is why Subway will ALWAYS be trash.

Awful service and tried to refuse making my sandwich again because I asked them to toast it. It was supposed to be toasted. Just so unprofessional.
You need to train your employees. I’ll stick to my favorite location on Rivers Edge.

One of the more consistent “fast food,” places in the area. The 2 ladies that work behind the counter are pleasant when we’ve gone in, and our sandwiches are always top tier. My fiancée and I go here regularly and have yet to have a bad experience.
App has issues
Ordered 2 subs for delivery through subway app, they were delivered by DoorDash which is fine but one of the two subs was completely wrong. Called the store since it was ordered directly through subway and they blamed DoorDash even though it had nothing to do with delivery, they gave me the wrong sub entirely. Refused to admit their mistake, refused to remake and have it re-delivered, after arguing finally offered a refund and was quite nasty on the phone. There are plenty other sub places in the area, most likely won’t go back here for quite some time due to the customer service and the fact that now I have to spend more Money to get lunch, thanks subway.
