At 12/22/24 at 6:50pm, it would appear the young employees working at this location decided to ignore everyone in the drive -thru. I knew there were issues when the SUV just drove off. I pulled up & was told that they would be with me. Well after 6 minutes of waiting I exited to drive thru with two employees at the drive thru window with a young lady waving her middle finger at me as I drove by. Which then I had to explain to a 7 year old what that gesture meant. I have had issues with this taco bell, but this was absolutely uncalled for.

I waited over twenty minutes tonight in the drive through to be told to go around and park in mobile ordering. I’ve been waiting now for 15 more minutes. If I didn’t pay already I would leave. This is absolutely unbelievable! Never again.

The old people who work here are a lot lazier than the younger ones. The manager is particularly nasty. She’s had an attitude with me ever since I paid cash inside the store once, instead of the kiosk. Must be so hard working for a living like the rest of us.

I don’t know how the Cinnabon delights are made but I was super disappointed when I went to eat them and my first one was super hard and have of the ones I’ve eaten so far have little to no crème inside(which is obviously the best part) so sad…

2 girls at window were on their phones and talking about how they hate it there and didn't want to be there. Food was wrong. Tried to get them to fix it but with the attitude I was scared for them to this is the worst taco bell unless you go in the morning

Always a disappointment coming to this spot, last year we had the wrong order given to us plus what seemed to be a literal pile of hair in the fiesta potato’s. This time our items were cold, and our Baja blast was more clear than green thanks to them not filling the syrup up. I didn’t even mean to go here I wanted to go to chamber but I had it set here on accident. Go to chamber instead

The dining room was closed for the 2nd time this week. I understand being short handed. However if the dining room is closed. It only takes 5 minutes to put up a make shift sign, really. You don't care at all about your customers. You have raised your prices over and over again. You charge me almost $12 for two burritos, and there is barely anything in them. That is a slap in the face, this happens probably 70% of the time, what a rip off. When I am in the dining room your employees are to busy blasting their own music, talking when they aren't busy and ignoring customers.And I have to stand there for 10 minutes so I get my cup. After they have walked past me 2-3 times. You have disappointed me and my family more than I can count. So tell me WHY SHOULD I COME BACK. BTW the other TB in Milford sucks even more. You managers don't care either, do YOU? Let's see if you do. As a businessman, I don't understand why you are throwing away profits by giving terrible service and low quality and quantity for MY money, not yours.
