AWFUL!!!! took forever was waiting and hour and a half for a mobile order !!!! that i already paid for so could not leave !!!!!
Eat right before you come here and my the time they've made your food you'll be hungry again.
Says they close at three nobody was there to respond waste of time
As you can see this is my order and here is the nachos, called up there and the girl on the phone was rude when I called about how you pay this extra money to get nothing you paid extra for. She said I can come tonight or in the morning and she knew in fact there was 2 managers on the line and she knew my food was checked which is clearly a lie! In photo below do you see extra beef? Extra sour cream? Tomatoes? But my food was checked by a manager. I opened it to see if the topping were underneath, nope. All they did was extra nacho chips. After she stated that she said I can speak to the GM tomorrow and then hung up on me. Not even the manager came to the phone or was offered to speak to the manager the girl was the managers messenger. Not the first time for this location I have given multiple chances, no customer service, rude and food is always cold, never fresh. Until tonight when hung up on not clarifying my orders that were wrong to make sure the food is correct this time. Very disappointing.
Over a 20 minute wait time for an order.
I require gluten-free meals, so it's hard to get fast food, especially late in the evening. So I paced my order on the app, got there, told them my name, and they started making it then (1 hour before closing). I ordered 4 taco supremes because the regular tacos taste lifeless. Amazing what tomatoes and sour cream can do, when they bother to put it on (They made sure to uncharged me, though). None of the tacos that were made had ANY tomatoes or sour cream on them, and the last one barely had anything inside it at all. All for $3 a piece, wasted $12 bucks AND STILL WENT TO BED HUNGRY!! What a crock! I'll drive 10 miles to the other exits to go to a better Taco Bell before I ever come back to this one. Pathetic!!
Thankfully, the OTHER Taco Bells do a much better job when I travel/vacation. This one, not so much!
Waiting in line at drive thru for 30 minutes is RIDICULOUS! THEY ARE FIXING ONE ORDER AT A TIME! GET IT TOGETHER!!! Hire more employees!!
You will stand there for 10 minutes for a carryout while they make 5 drive thru orders, and the employees are rude. Might as well go to Chamber drive where they are not nasty and actually make your food in the order it was placed.
Dining room is often closed ans you usually have to order via kiosk. However, the drive the is fast, courteous and never messes up an order
The last 3 times that I have been to this location my order has not been incorrect! And I tried calling several times and it rings and goes to a fax number!! I am unsatisfied and won’t be going back to this location and I want my darn money back!!😤

i grew up with this taco bell being a decent place to get quick food that tasted ok and didnt sit heavy in the gut. sucks that the economy took everything good out of getting quick cheap food that wasn't awful. they're still pretty quick i guess but for the prices theyre charging now they could at least assemble things consistently? they might also be out of sauces rn you should definitely ask if they dont offer
Restaurant is well maintained. Trash is taken out!!! Restrooms clean. Everything is stocked well. Floors are clean of debris and tables are wiped down periodically.
The lady working the drive thru around 2 PM today, was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We had placed several orders online and paid for them, but the orders didn't make it to the store. Despite showing receipts and proof of payment, the lady would not stop yelling at me.
I was, genuinely, just trying to get our food and politely show them what had happened, but the lady refused to even look and just kept yelling over me. She, also, kept kicking me out of the drive thru line, there were NO other vehicles in line, I guess she just didn't want to deal with people today.
I worked as a RGM for over 3 years, I would never allow anyone to work for me, who treated my customers so horribly.
used to be a great location. last 3 times i’ve gone they’ve forgot at least one item and im not placing large orders. wait times are ridiculous and food comes out cold.
Got told to pull up for my crunch wrap supreme and I’ve been waiting 30 mins I could’ve been home and back twice 9 cars have went through the drive threw and I’m still waiting.
