Milford location is awful I ordered loaded beef nachos and paid for extra cheese sauce .85 extra sour cream .85 and toppings of tomato .65 since they never give you enough toppings to actually cover the chips and I still got regular amount no extra at all and when I went back showed them the lady said well sorry even if you pay for extra it’s only one more pump of cheese sauce. Are you kidding me one pump is .85 cents I’m already paying $300 for chips and cheese sauce RIDICULOUS U THAT MONEY HUNGRY TACO BELL???also their cinna twist smell like a chemical when I ask the just shrug their shoulders but New Richmond’s Taco Bell they taste fine so why is it only milford location their cinna twist smell and taste like a chemical??

Very mixed experience here. Came in and ordered cantina bowls with chips and queso. We're told that they didn't keep the queso in stock because nobody ordered it, even though it was on the menu. We were then told they were out of black beans for the bowls. One did come with black beans, but they were rock solid and inedible. The bowls were also very light and not worth $9. They also forgot the avacado salsa that comes with the bowls, and tried to charge me when i asked for them, but did give them when told they didnt come with. And every time we spoke to the workers, they acted like we were bothering them, but they did fix any errors in the food. Silver lining was that the food was good. The cheese cups were nice and full, the bowls were good but cold, and the chips seemed fresh. Very mixed experience here, will not be coming here again.

This is only for the woman working the window on 12/27 Sarah .You had no business giving my fiancé the finger! Absolutely disgusting behavior! He didn’t say or do anything to you. I’ll be giving the owner a call tomorrow.

this is consistently the worse taco bell you can visit. if you didn't know, in fast food, there are drive thru times. the most important time is how long the person waits at the window for the food. how do you circumnavigate this issue so upper management isn't breathing down your neck? have people pull around. then people can wait 20mins for their food but the drive thru times still look great because that person was only at the window for a minute or so. if you visit any later than like 8pm, you're getting asked to pull around to the front. i'm actively going out of my way to make sure upper management knows. i don't care how much time it will take me on the phone, i hope they all lose their jobs. which is insane, because normally i'm like "frick corporate, workers should work how their paid" but these guys... these guys are so miserable, pathetic and sad that they deserve to have the embarrassment of being pulled aside and fired from taco bell.
They have a register but won't take orders at the counter, allow employees children in the kitchen, and we had to deal with a very rude employee who said we didn't order what I know and had told him we'd ordered.
Kid-friendliness: So child-friendly that they let a child behind the counter twice.

My drive-thru experiences have not been bad. But if I ever go in.. well, it's not my favorite place, I would say. I'm assuming understaffing is an issue with the cleanliness, and as far as the people, well, let's just say it's kind of hit and miss. Sometimes you get four pieces of chicken on a quesadilla, and other times you get 15 LOL, so it's more like a 2.5 due to consistency issues

Fair warning. I love toco bell. I love their Lux Cravings box. This time, the gordita wasn't a gordita. I added a $2.99 meximelt that was half the size of a dollar bill, not worth $2.99. Almost took a picture of it, but thought, nah, not worth it. But, when my gordita was a soft taco with minimal ingredients, I had to take a picture and write this review. Yup, that's 3 pieces of tomato in a soft shell tortilla!
