This isn't our usual location, but it will be going forward. The food came out hot and perfect. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. Exceptional customer service and amazing atmosphere. They know what they're doing here. Our server, Sam, was on it every second. The bartenders, Sloan and Brenda, made perfect drinks. The manager, Ben, was friendly and made sure we enjoyed our experience.

Excellent food with staff eagerly wanting to ensure a quality experience. Management is phenomenal!!! I removed 1 star for service because a single server was extremely rude. I had a problem with an order, which resulted in this server ignoring our table. He was cutting his losses. His assumption was his tip was going to be smaller, so why waste his time. In addition, I lost hearing in 1 ear during my military service. I felt harassed that this person got offended because I asked him to repeat himself. His response... I've repeated myself 3 times. Are you deaf? I also ordered 2 desserts to go. Both were supposed to come with ice cream. No ice cream, but this person's response was pure gold... well, I didn't make it. He rolled his eyes and sighed heavily when I asked him to remove the desserts from my check. Keep in mind that a good server is cognizant of who is actually their employer via tips and can turn around a bad experience. He also lied about not having the free peanut bags. I received the purported non-existent peanuts at the customer service desk on my way out of the restaurant. One person/hire can ruin the customer experience. Why does this fantastic staff tolerate this?

There was a bit of a wait as it was Friday night, but plenty of waiting area seating and the rolls offered make waiting a little easier when you are hungry.
Vegetarian options: A good menu for vegetarian needs

Texas Roadhouse is very popular chain resturant it's fine for times that you want a casual atmosphere & basic steak. It's too loud for me-I like to relax & talk to those I'm with. There's always birthday celebrations going on plus,country music & tvs blarring-lots of chaos! It's always busy -we were on the waitlist for about 35 mins, but those after us were probably waiting over an hour-you have to dodge through people to get in & out. My filet was average but my husband got the 11 oz sirloin & said it was very good. The baked potato was very good(& large). Everyone but me loves the cinnamon butter but the server brought me regular butter as asked. The service was very good,especially with how busy it was. This resturant is good for steak cravings when you don't want to do an expensive evening out, although it's still not "cheap."
