Such a fun sweets and chocolate shop to visit! Sooooo many choices and scrumptious chocolates. I’m not typically a fan of candy barks, but Tickled Sweets are made with delicious chocolate (the Running Bunny is amazing!). The staff is great and a blast to chat with!

The staff here is very rude! :( I love to support small businesses and I genuinely enjoy everything I get here... But the unwelcoming atmosphere just isn't it. This is a candy store... Like c'mon! I also got chocolates for Mother's Day and got all bunny shaped ones (besides one heart) and when I got home it turns out I was instead handed a lamb instead of a bunny for one piece which made me super sad :( the employee clearly didn't care enough to fix his mistake and the whole time he was grabbing my chocolates he hardly exchanged any words and just seemed uninterested in helping me to begin with.

The worst customer service I have experienced! Ordered the $80 tower to distribute in the family’s stockings for Christmas. Order took 7 days to ship (ordered 10/12) so it arrived sometime after Christmas, was left on the sidewalk leading to the front door and was ruined by the rain. Called Ms Metz on our return on 12/27 only to be told they would no replace the order or offer any credit whatsoever. She agreed to send enough chocolate for my wife since the family had already gone home. No candy ever arrived! No service, no integrity!! Can’t imagine why anyone would shop here.
