I always go to the 1 in Milford off of 28, and the service in atmosphere is always great. Everyone is always so friendly. The girl working today was very kind. ☺️

I'm always on the go and sometimes don't look at my food but every time I go here they leave something that I've paid for only to not have a phone to see if I can pick it up later just a waste of time

I really enjoy eating here. I think the food is good and reasonably priced and the service is exceptional
Usually we don't have too big a issue, however tonight, we walked in, sat down and we were ignored. It wasnt a packed house. There were tables open. The Group of teen girls behind us was loud and obnoxious. But oh well, we could tolerate this.... It's waffle House, that's to be expected. What was not ok is the waiter ignored us, kept a conversation with these girls making jokes, talking about his ankle monitor and beating people up, and making phone calls, all while we set waiting for some kind of service. After so long we just stood up and left. Absolutely terrible service this night which is disappointing.

Either conform to the “robot” standard, or have an exceptional employee with results as managers. Disgrace. And a slap in the face to southern tradition.
