Usually we don't have too big a issue, however tonight, we walked in, sat down and we were ignored. It wasnt a packed house. There were tables open. The Group of teen girls behind us was loud and obnoxious. But oh well, we could tolerate this.... It's waffle House, that's to be expected. What was not ok is the waiter ignored us, kept a conversation with these girls making jokes, talking about his ankle monitor and beating people up, and making phone calls, all while we set waiting for some kind of service. After so long we just stood up and left. Absolutely terrible service this night which is disappointing.

This location is great. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always good. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is not even this location fault bc it is all Qaffle House but they really need more accommodating seating.

Either conform to the “robot” standard, or have an exceptional employee with results as managers. Disgrace. And a slap in the face to southern tradition. And yes, I’m talking about the MILFORD OHIO location.

Delicious!!! All star special.. bacon hash browns buttered toast n jelly scrambled eggs n cheese and a perfect fluffy lightly crispy waffle w butter n syrup..... .... Hey wait .... Honey get me my keys!!! we're going to waffle house lol jk kinda but the service was fast and efficient thank you Jada! Plus they have a jupbox to listen to your favorite tunes

I'm guessing they don't pay their employees much. They add 10% carry-out fee and 10% tip for the person preparing our order. AND you can't order omelettes online. I should charge them for taking so much of my time while I order and wait for my to go food. Not planning to go back. It all makes the taste less appealing.

I went in with my children’s father’s dad which would make that my kids grandpa. We had the cops called on us by a old man bald head beard was a worker bc I simply disciplined MY 3 year old daughter who was screaming bloody murder and hitting her serverly Ill grandpa he tapped her on the mouth. We head to the car and a bald man followed us asking if my kid was ok ? Witch she IS AND WAS HE PUBLICLY HUMILIATED ME by calling the police on me for simply disciplining AGIN MY CHILD 🤣clearly the cops DIDNT do anything bc agin Im allowed to discipline my child LOL

Loud and noisy, eggs looked like they were cooked in dirty grease, yuck! I won't be back.
Friendly staff, good food, atmosphere as you'd expect (functional, no fireplaces). Lost a star because of the 20% carry-out surcharge.

Terra was terrible. Like absolute terrible customer service. Charged my friend extra for her all star breakfast meat (comes with it) when she never received it. Said there were no knives in the beginning, that’s okay, waited till my meal was almost finished to ask for one to see if they were clean yet for my waffle and she said “oh you said you didn’t need one and you should have just asked for one”. HELLO. I’m asking for one now and was being polite in the beginning .Don’t be rude, and expect a great tip. This is customer service. Never had a bad experience at this location till our recent service.

Gotta be a top 25 Waffle House nationwide. These guys just nail it. My son and I come here once a month after the Home Depot kids workshop. The consistency across the board month to month is golden.

My fiance and I came into the restaurant most of the tables still had stuff on them from previous customers We sat down it took Terra 5-10 minutes to acknowledge that we were there took our order got about 15min later the food was chilled Terra didn’t even bother to check on Us to see how things were and to see if we needed refills. And ordinarily they bring our check early We realize it got busy but we deserved better customer service we have been coming there every Sunday for over a month Now giving excellent tips But this time Terra when they weren’t too busy talking still didn’t check on Us and Terra got nasty them taking payment at the counter and then proceeded to get nasty and pulled the sign down about paying here after we didn’t give them a tip Why GIVE A TIP WHEN We receive Such Poor service.
