4/20/24 Service was slow. Went through the drive-thru. Took about 25 to 30 minutes total due to under staffing. The 2 men working were friendly and professional. But they need help!Parking: Parking lot is free and has handicapped spaces also!

Best White Castle in the state. Everyone was so helpful.
This particular trip was actually incredibly enjoyable & satisfying! My 2 friends & I went late on a Tuesday night (around 1:30-2am). There was an older lady working & she was SPECTACULAR! She was so friendly, kind, & patient! AND our order was absolutely flawless (which has never happened before at this place!)!!! Literally nothing was overlooked! She even put plenty of napkins in the bag! I was truly impressed!

It was around 10:30 pm on New Years Eve and the drive-thru was packed, they were the only place still open. They staff was very polite and even though there was approximately 10 cars in the drive-thru and more pulling up they kept their composureThey was able to get us our order hot, as ordered and have us on our way in no time!! I never have any complaints at this location.
