Interesting that any other time I get the bmt they have no problem substituting the Pepperoni for Turkey. yet refused to do it when my husband goes in tonight. How is this an issue as if i care if i wouldve been charged for the turkey add on in place of the pepperoni yet they refused? The Pepperoni gives this pregnant woman heartburn Never been an issue before your staff is just being plain rude.

I came tonight to get 4 subs and not until 2 subs in was I informed that main items we wanted were out..green peppers, cucumbers, cheese and bread we wanted as well. We ordered a footlong cookie also, and when we got home and opens it none of it was baked..it was raw and somehow runny in the middle?! Not only that..but one of the employees making our subs kept going back and forth on whether they needed to sneeze or not..and ultimately ended up sneezing whilst finishing our last sub. It was like a funny thing between the two employees and it was NOT funny to me at all. I brought every one of these issues up and nothing was done about any of them. Definitely NOT a good experience at all. If I had an owners contact information I would use that..but I don’t. Very disappointing.

Ordered a last minute lunch for my husband and I. It was only two 6 inch subs but these were 2 of the best put together subs we've had. They were not messy. The toppings and the meat held together perfectly with the bread. They were EXCELLENT! Thank you to the nice lady that helped me out. Job well done.

Service was fast and efficient . Everything looked and smelled clean. PRICES ARE CRAZY. bread was chewy and "skinnier" than ever. As with so many places quality is lower, portions smaller and prices much higher.
