Absolutely worst DQ ever. Will never go back, waited in line for a half an hour, had us pull up to wait for another 15 minutes never brought it out. Only ordered ice cream! Went in to get it and was super rude never apologized or even said a word. Rude employees.

This is the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to anywhere in the country! Super clean, super nice servers, great food! There is even an area with comfy seats and a gas fireplace to sit and relax!

Went to get ice cream late on Fourth of July and had a wonderful experience with Goldie who was working the counter. She was amazing. Very polite took a bunch of orders. Sold us a huge chocolate cake, which was incredible and was probably the best service I’ve ever had a Dairy Queen across the United States will come back and see you again Goldie you’re the best!

Visited Thursday at 7 PM.
Friendly service, food came out quickly and was very fresh (burning hot fries).
The table service offered at the Millersburg location is a great touch. The team member brought my meal on a serving platter and had utensils ready and offered ketchup for my fries. They also included extra napkins because I had ordered the sauced and tossed tenders. I would have never expected FSR level table service in a QSR setting.

We were in line for 20 minutes, you could not hear the guy talk when we ordered. After we ordered food we waited 37 minutes for food and they messed it up 2 times before we got the right items. Won't go back.

Always fresh and the staff is soooo friendly, usually get lunch or dinner.
Sometimes service is slow but they do get very busy, especially at meal times.
Bear with them, they'll take care of you(:

I will say that the biggest issue I've had is the kids in the back, cooking. They can be VERY rude to the staff up front and I've heard them cussing back there, most recent was a few days ago. The girls up front were so sweet and apologetic for those kids actions,which is why I did 3 stars for the atmosphere, instead of 1. I get being at work and messing around but when there's customers nearby? Come on.
