We just drove though this dq and the guy at the window was the nicest! We had to be pulled forward for fresh food (which is no big deal) but they were so polite about it and even gave us coupons for waiting for a bit. Everything tastes excellent and fresh and my kids are so happy!

Went for dinner one night on a busy day and the service was absolutely disgusting.We pull up to the window and (Christopher Sampsel) the worker told us to go ahead with our order, so we did. My husband and I sit there for 5+ minutes with no response and cars lined to the street behind us. I asked if we needed to pull forward and very rudely Christopher told us to hold on, and then told us and them 2 minutes later told us to tell our order again. We did, but as I pulled up to the window Christopher was talking to another employee talking about me saying "that b**** used to work here" Thennnnn we get our items and mine wasn't even the right order, and my husbands was a mess. Blizzard dripping all down the cup, and mind was and Oreo brownie (the brownie not cooked) when ordered a Carmel heath brownie. While sitting in line (Goldie) another employee went out to smoke and when returning in the business mumbled under her breath "****** as she passed my car. This is not the first time I've been here after working here (2+ years ago) that I've been treated poorly by not only employees but the manager herself. (Lisa)

Horrible there was bugs in the dining area. Customer service was bad. Tried to make me pay for sauce when the person next to me got it for free.

The longest drive-in wait for a classic chicken sandwich, a 4-piece chicken basket, 2 orders of cheese curds, a mini-Blizzard and two drinks. We paid at the first window where an employee handed us our drinks and the Blizzard. After 15 minutes waiting at the window, the same employee asked us to pull into the parking lot to wait for the rest of our order. There were 2 cars ahead of us waiting for their orders in parking slots 1 and 2. After another 10 or so minutes, an employee arrived at the car with the goods. The food was standard DQ fare, nothing extra special, just hot and filling and okay for only a handful of places open at 8:30pm in a small town on a Saturday night.

We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered and the drive thru only had about 3 cars. The lady at the register was very nice but when she told the kitchen I wanted my fries well done he loudly said “really?” in an annoyed tone. He was being very rude to her throughout our time there and was making comments when she asked how he was boxing the food. Our fries were soggy and looked like have been sitting for quite a while and none were well done. The toast that comes with the chicken tenders also looked like it had never touched a toaster. It was just bread and butter. Not very impressed and probably won’t be coming back.

Four of us enjoyed a terrific meal at Blue Moon Bistro.The service was wonderful.Our waitress checked back several times and made sure we were happy with our meals.Very friendly and so helpful.Our food was awesome.Everyone was very satisfied with our selections.Will definitely reccomend to friends and we will definitely return.
