Authentic Amish made goods and bulk food. I would highly recommend this store/ compound for your Amish bakery and goods. It has multiple areas to shope for food or woodwork collectibles. It also has a petting zoo.

I love this place
This is a great "sweets and gifts" kind of stop that will have something for everyone. I highly recommend grabbing some crackers and dip and trying the cider slushies.
I ordered their black buggy coffee. Very good coffee. However, the shipping experience and atmosphere was beautiful and eye-catching. A must go to browse around.

The Petting Zoo was great fun! Do not buy the parakeet food. Use the greens on the carrots for the birds. You will not be disappointed.

We have never had to throw out food before. But we bought 3 pies and 2 fruitcake. Horrible couldn’t eat one piece, had to throw them all out. I don’t believe the Amish made any of these items themselves, if they did they should be ashamed to call themselves Amish. The Amish done went commercialized and suck at baking anymore. Since when do the Amish use margarine in their pies . You pay for the Amish name only. Rip off !
Update - Yes I am sure it was your store . We have visited the farm and taken buggy ride, bought popcorn , ice cream and ate at the hamburger stand.
Sorry but I didn’t think to take a picture of the pies and fruit cake labels before we threw them out.
The fruit cakes had some kind of clear gel gooey stuff on top , we couldn’t hardly get it out of the pan . It was a mess.
The peanut butter pie tasted horrible- did not taste a bit of peanut butter - crust crumbled- couldn’t even finish one piece- the label did list margarine as an ingredient.
Pecan pie did list butter as an ingredient- but we couldn’t eat it- the taste was not to our liking.
Sorry for the brutal response, but we were really not happy with your products.

We go out of our way, driving many hours to specifically spend time here... Seeing the animals, the Amish family, watching their kids grow up along with our own... Just to go get some good food and pick pumpkins. I know prices have gone up but I can still fill the back of my SUV with a wide variety of pumpkins for the price I'd get 3 or 4 from most places. I've started growing our own now, yet my wife still convinces me every year to take a trip to Hershbergers. We've even planned an paid for multiple family members from Florida to come take part in this new family tradition my wife and I started. I hope to pass that on to my son, to pass on to his kids as well.
It's really an awesome place with friendly people, some really really unique products, foods, animals, and pumpkins to pick yourself or with help from the Amish youth.
Highly recommend.
Parking: Typically pretty busy, may have to walk 50 yards or so but no big deal. Parking is free. Pay for carriage rides and or pumpkin picking with Amish carriage ride.
Kid-friendliness: The main reason we drive 4 hours is because it's so great for kids. They have a petting zoo, pony rides, birds, livestock, horses, goats, etc etc etc
We go every year to ride the Amish carriage to and from the pumpkin patch and pick like 20 pumpkins... Bumpy ones... Smooth ones.. Orange ones.. White ones.. Gourds... Just a huge selection if you go at the right time.
Very kid friendly - the entire reason we go.
Wheelchair accessibility: Mostly accessible but is tough because it's so busy and you're mostly outdoors with gravel drives. Carriages aren't accessible. Stores and stuff are, it's all doable with a wheelchair but limited and can be a bit tough if it's busy.

Great place for children and animal lovers. Instructions on how to safely feed the animals would have been very helpful.

We love this farm market and store. Next time i will take my grandkids. The bakery is amazing. If you buy any breads, make sure you don't leave without a roll of butter, jelly, and a block of cheese. All homemade. I could go on and on about this place.
