The manager is very cocky does not talk nice to customers she should be fired I won't be buying there again

The one lady and there is very disrespectful has no respect for other people and it's a loudmouth she should be ashamed of herself and I think she is the manager and she is worthless Pizza Hut should fire her

Today at a little after 5 I stopped to get food. While waiting to order a fellow making pizza took off his hat scratched his head put hat back on then put his hand straight into the pepperoni and put on the pizza. I told the lady taking orders and she told him to go wash his hands. I told her I'm sorry but I wasn't ordering. So sad people can't have common sense. That just ruined my appetite. Won't be back here for quite a while

Terrible service if I wanna get yelled at by a manager I’ll get a job. Meanwhile I’ll direct everyone’s attention to other pizza places In Millersburg!

Terrible experience! The Millersburg location of Pizza Hut won’t be seeing us again after this which is sad because we have always been loyal customers! We placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for 5:15pm and at 5:12 they called and asked if we’re picking up the pizza because it’s been sitting in the warmer for over an hour!? Like what?! We said we placed the order for 5:15 and they said they won’t take any of the blame for the app not relaying the message to them. So we went back and forth with the manager for alittle and just tried to tell them that it’s not our fault and we don’t really want pizza that’s not fresh which is what we payed for! So we finally said that we would be there in 10 min to pick it up and then we got there about 7 minutes later and they said they don’t have an order anymore and that the order had been cancelled!! Like wow! I didn’t know that as a business owner they wouldn’t be willing to atleast work with us alittle! Apparently they would rather loose customers then loose $20 on a few pizzas! It just blows my mind! 🤯

Our server wasn't very friendly or attentive. She didn't check if we needed more to drink. We had to go up to the front counter to ask for more.

August 17 at 5:30. We walked in and several employees saw us and totally ignored us. There were no customers seated at all. We waited for a while and left. One employee that saw us had gone out the back to smoke. We won’t be going back. We live in Berlin.

Service was quick and efficient. Food was hot and delicious.

Service was good found a bone in our meat lover Pizza made the server aware told her I did not want any gratitude for it as I approached the pay to pay for my meal and told the manager the manager had a very sour attitude towards her customers was not impressed at All by the management skills at this location at this time I completely understand it was a Friday night and a busy evening either way that was not the way to take care of a customer

We walked in and waited 6 min before anyone came to help.. there was a tall brown haired girl and a tall blonde girl can in from the back door.. a man came in but he was toting pizza boards.. they were outside talking mean while there were 4 dirty tables inside .. we decided to get ours to go.. no one never cleaned any of the tables the whole time we were here and the ac wasn't working had a fan sitting in the floor.. this is the worse Pizza Hut I have ever been in as far as customer service and cleanliness

Pizza hut more like pizza hottt🔥🔥. Noooooo AC!!!!!! Pizza was so hot it gave me second degree burns in my mouth. Had literal skin pealing off of the top of my mouth 0 stars

The food was crap, but the woman up front was cool, but the guys in the back were too lazy to cut a cookie.. he looked like he was on drugs..I told them to double bag it, and I got no bag when I arrived to pick it up.. I worked at a pizza shop and the food was not worth the money.. pretty much it was a personal pizza and a cookie box for $34..
