It has great food, but the service is very... questionable is the best way to put it. The Romeo's app says that they're closed all the time so I have to use doordash which costs usually $10 more than the app. There was 1 time I ordered 4 garlic butter and got none of it. and also had a $5 discount which on the receipt only took off 2.50. It's my favorite place in Millersburg but those factors are making me question if I should keep supporting them.

Has got to be literally the worst pizza I have ever had…first the delivery guy…which was door dash which has nothing to do with them couldn’t use gps and went up and down the street ..I had to flag him down..then when I finally get it.. open up the boxes and the pizza was the worst cut I ever have seen in my life..so uneven…and it tasted horrible..will never order from here again..why do ppl not take pride in their work anymore

This place never came to bring my food. The place was closed so I couldn't reach anyone. I called to get my 40.00 back and I never did get it off my card. I was talked to by a manager and got no explanation and she hung up on me. Not such a loss because their food is like dog food anyway.

The food was great but what was even better was the service. We stayed at cricket hill cabins, (about 8 miles away) and they delivered out there. The driver was polite and respectful would definitely order again! The price was also right.

Love the pizza and wings but service is absolutely horrible! I ordered food for 6:30 and at 7 it still sat there because they only had one worker and were banking on a dasher for delivery??? Not sure why delivery was even available! I finally picked it up and the stuff was not hot any more ....hats off to the only girl that was working she did a good job and gave me 50% off my total,she needs a raise!

Takes a very long time to receive your food and I live in town. I can’t rate the food because I haven’t gotten it yet.
Out of town shoppers so we stopped by because it was close to our hotel. Had the 1/2 Tuscan and 1/2 pepperoni blast.

I ordered double toppings on 2 small pizzas…paid $25 for each pizza & still received with barely one serving of toppings……I wanted a pile of veggies. 😔 Guess I won’t be ordering again. Pick up is ridiculous. The parking is horrific. Wake Forest location.

sorry it used to be my favorite but the past couple of times it's been bad. first they didn't make my order until I was in the store (and no mushrooms?) The next time I ordered all the topping were in the center of the pizza. I might try again bc I like the sauce but idk
