I was just at the subway location on South Washington in Millersburg Ohio. I placed an online order and clearly instructed them not to toast the sub and they toasted it. I called in and they told me to bring it back and I they would remake it so I went back and the lady that Helped me to begin with was very polite than the manager came up and was very rudely asking me if I wanted to meet you or not which I said yes the meat could be heated just do not toast. The bread did not say OK no nothing as she was rude. About other question and then once I answered her slammed the window shot in my face. This is not how you run a restaurant.

Got two 12" subs, guy who made it seemed to be "out of it", the girl in training was nice. The guy who made it never asked if I wanted any toppings on it, I asked the girl to open up the sandwich, nothing on it, I asked her to put lettuce and tomato. The guy never asked, just wrapped it up. Expect more for $24.00 worth of food. No where near the quality of Jersy Mike's or Jimmy John's.

Horrible service, I was only person in store and stood right by counter and neither kid working acknowled me. They were busy doing door dash orders but said nothing to me. I walked out after 5 minutes.

We ordered delivery. Our special requests were totally ignored, even though what we requested was clearly printed on the receipt that was stapled to the bag. Nothing weird, or difficult to do. All we wanted was salad dressing on the side instead of on the salad, and mayonnaise on the side instead of on the sub. If you’re going to ignore special requests, don’t have a place on the order form to include them. Next time I’ll drive to the Subway in Berlin. Much better customer service there.

Today I went into Subway two very nice young people were Working .The boss was very busy and rude to them .Had them in a nervous wreck and made the place feel very tense. But the food was great. Maybe the managers needs to be more patience with all of her employees ?
