Weldon’s is be best hand dipped ice cream I have every had!! Customer service is amazing as well. And of that isn’t enough it’s made RIGHT HERE in Millersport !! So cool.

Always a great place for ice cream. Delicious, a variety of flavors and ways to eat it - in a cone, a waffle bowl, float, milkshake, etc. Great staff.

I can’t comment on the ice cream, as we didn’t stay long enough to order, but the employees were all extremely rude! They openly rolled their eyes at us, shook their heads when we asked questions, skipped over us to allow people behind us to order because the kids were taking too long to look at the menu of a place that they had never been before, and they ensured that we won’t be back.

Very cool local place. Great Ice cream and setting.

I've been coming here for many years now! Either with my grandchildren or by myself. Ice cream is always great! Service is always great! Never once been treated badly! I love the old charm of this ice cream parlor. And sitting on the front porch is always relaxing!
I will continue to keep coming to Weldons as long as I live.

Wow Weldon’s, you really disappointed me today. We have been loyal patrons for over 40 years. Today at the fair I ordered an ice cream cone for my daughter, but requested a bowl, as well, because I was walking across the fair to the infield and didn’t want it to melt. The response was “that will be extra.”
“Okay, How much extra?”
“$2.00”
“Okay - well I guess I’ll just have it in a cup then with no cone.”
The man in the back said “we’ll just give it to her no charge.”
“Okay - thank you.”
Now - the rude and condescending remark, as the man came into view to give me the ice cream. “Have you bought gas lately? Well, these cups are made of petroleum and they cost 17 cents each. We can’t be giving people both a cone and a cup.”
So, it’s 17 cents, but you were going to charge me $2? I would have paid 17 cents for the cup. And I just wanted ice cream, not to be talked down to and educated in gas prices and scolded for the cost of your cups. So unprofessional. Very disappointing interaction.
