Lighthouse Bistro Atwood Lake

We ordered a steak with shrimp. I took one bite and thought it was very salty, but I wondered if it was just that piece. I tried another bite, and it was still extremely salty. My poor husband kept trying to eat it, but he couldn’t finish it either.

The restaurant looks nice, but we were very disappointed with our meal. I mentioned it to the waitress, and she explained that the seasoning they use contains salt. I understand that, but this was far beyond normal seasoning.

The steak was so salty that it was difficult to eat. Anyone watching their sodium intake, especially someone with high blood pressure, would likely have a hard time enjoying this meal. Unfortunately, the excessive salt completely ruined the experience for us.

Doors open but not a single person inside. Seems businesses in this area open and close as they feel on the spot.

The Atwood burger is so yummy! Juicy warm burger with really yummy barbecue sauce! We had a large group of 10 people, and they were very accommodating. It was nice to sit outside and look at the beautiful view of the lake! Our server Tia was awesome and so nice!

Absolutely amazing environment, the food was delicious and astonishingly beautiful. I’d be back here for a multitude of reasons but I’ll let you find out for yourself :)

We had a very friendly server who was more than happy to switch up my order with Salmon rather than chicken. The manager, Corbin was very friendly and carried on a nice conversation with us. Highly recommend

Not what it used to be. Total bummer we used to love coming here. Food was fine but cost vs amount of food isn’t really worth it anymore.

I really enjoy the atmosphere by the lake. I was happy to see it’s gonna be open all year……until I went in. We had a pickup order. When I went in to get my order it wasn’t ready. I ordered 2 small Pepsi’s. What a mistake. That was $8, they were a small. The girl had a smug attitude, don’t k ow why. The potato bombs were terrible. At $2 a piece (order is 5) I almost couldn’t eat them. I had to stuff them down with my straw. So I probably won’t be back. The smoked chicken quesadilla was very good. The salsa tasted like it was watered down with a cheap hot sauce.
