Just picked up my food was basically called A LIAR when I ordered 2 subs and 1 order of large fries repeated back to them Upon pickup I was told I Ordered 2 Meatball subs and my original order!!!!??!!!! Came home and listened to my playback recording and NOT one Meatball sub was ordered!!!! OWNER was RUDE will NEVER go back!!! Threw food in the trash and went to MOJO’s!!!! Please DO NOT make your customers feel like they did something wrong!!!!!!!!!!! I would of paid for the So called meatball subs ordered…

Called to place a delivery order. Made sure to see if I was within delivery range (I’m 3.8 miles away from the store). Once they verified I was within range they took my order and told me to wait 40 minutes. After an hour, I finally called back. The employee stated I was out of the delivery range (that’s why I verified before I made the order). He also claimed they called back my personal number for somebody named Sheldon to of picked up and placed a pickup order instead.(no they didn’t) They obviously called the wrong number or made it up. That would be fine because mistakes happen, but instead they didn’t take any accountability and got ignorant over it. You work in service, don’t be rude. Wouldn’t recommend relying on their verification on range of delivery, accountability or customer service. Will not be going back to this one.

Pizza Joes in the Ridge is on point. Consistent, great quality. Friendly staff, and not long waits. Good variety of different flavors. All the ones we have tried have been good. Taco and veggie are my favorite.

Food was nasty. The cheese stake taste like raw meat. Wasn't even cooked 20min wait for nothing because it went to the trash.Also was poor service from the manager to don't recommend. Go to coco pizza it's better. Service and food....

ordered food for delivery was told 30-40 minutes. food didn't show up for 1.5 hours. when I called to ask where the food was they were rude. I had to leave to go get my kids up for practice so I wasn't going to be home and he told me to come pick up the pizza that I had to pay to have delivered plus I always pre tip.

Last time I had it, food was great. Pizza Joe’s has never disappointed. This time, the pizza was terrible & the salads we ordered were wilted & already going bad. A serious decline in quality & $20 I’ll never get back. Very dissatisfied

signed up for the rewards Feb 4th , said you'd get a free dip n stix after signing up. went to order pizza & dipping stix never got the coupon for it on my account. went to order today & get my dipping sticks, still no coupon. so I checked my email it was showing through the email. it said it expired 2 days ago. I called asked if they would still let me use it for the dipping stixs since I had issues with it & never got to use it. they said no. freaking ridiculous. they are over priced with small portions anyway. guess I'll just stick with Domino's. I was only getting pizza Joe's because they are the only ones I know that make that kind of veggie pizza.

Changing from a 5 star rating due to the fact that the veggie pizza should be renamed to the veggie stem pizza because that's all it ever is anymore. All broccoli stems. Used to be the best veggie pizza around.
