ordered food for delivery was told 30-40 minutes. food didn't show up for 1.5 hours. when I called to ask where the food was they were rude. I had to leave to go get my kids up for practice so I wasn't going to be home and he told me to come pick up the pizza that I had to pay to have delivered plus I always pre tip.

Last time I had it, food was great. Pizza Joe’s has never disappointed. This time, the pizza was terrible & the salads we ordered were wilted & already going bad. A serious decline in quality & $20 I’ll never get back. Very dissatisfied

signed up for the rewards Feb 4th , said you'd get a free dip n stix after signing up. went to order pizza & dipping stix never got the coupon for it on my account. went to order today & get my dipping sticks, still no coupon. so I checked my email it was showing through the email. it said it expired 2 days ago. I called asked if they would still let me use it for the dipping stixs since I had issues with it & never got to use it. they said no. freaking ridiculous. they are over priced with small portions anyway. guess I'll just stick with Domino's. I was only getting pizza Joe's because they are the only ones I know that make that kind of veggie pizza.

Changing from a 5 star rating due to the fact that the veggie pizza should be renamed to the veggie stem pizza because that's all it ever is anymore. All broccoli stems. Used to be the best veggie pizza around.

The encounter ( brown skin worker at 11:40am- 12:15 work hours at mineral ridge) with this employee was by far the worst I have experienced this month, and I believe it is time to relieve him of his duties. ?♂️The front desk cashier displayed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. He did not say hello or even acknowledge my presence. When I inquired about the menu, he showed no interest, emotion, or regard for my questions. I had to force answers out of him and felt as if I was bothering him. Furthermore, when I placed my order for the special, I asked if pepperonis could be added. He rudely took my money and replied with a curt "yep." ??I patiently waited for 25 minutes for my order. Upon returning, the cashier handed me both boxes of pizza carelessly with one hand. As I inspected my pizza on the counter, he glared at me and coldly stated, "it's fine." When I mentioned that I'm used to staff members showing me the pizza, he dismissed me with a sarcastic "yeah okay, you have a good day." ??This unacceptable behavior is not the first time I have encountered this individual's nasty attitude. It is clear that the staff member lacks knowledge and possesses a superior attitude towards customers.To add to my dissatisfaction, I discovered that the vegetable pizza I ordered had white sauce, which I do not eat. This lack of knowledge and attention to detail further exemplifies the poor service provided by the cashier.??maybe including replacing or consulting the staff members who exhibit such poor customer service. this was very sad to witness and I am glad Coco pizza had great attitude's ??Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer experiences in the future. ?
