Horrible experience today.. The old lady behind the counter was extremely rude..walked up to the counter to pay for my supplies and she acted as if it was a major inconvenience to wait on me. And actually made a comment and I asked her if there was a problem… I’ve always shopped there in the last 5-10yrs… NEVER AGAIN

Yesterday's trip to pick up sanding sugar was good. The employee was pleasant and helpful. However...two weeks ago I visited this establishment to purchase items. I arrived at 10am, the time that the store opens. Evidently this female employee, an older woman, was having a bad day and took it out on me. She was upset that I was patiently waiting outside the store and told me that they weren't open yet and to get back into my car. Then another employee arrived and opened the door. When I entered the store, the first lady hovered over me, following me throughout the store while I picked up the items I needed. I felt like she was treating me like I was a potential shoplifter. At checkout, I got the distinct impression that she wanted me out of the store as she rushed to check me out. This is the first time...and had better be the last time I have to deal with such a rude employee. I have shopped at the Sugar Shack Too for several years. Needless to say I am very disappointed in how I was treated.
