Wish it was possible to give negative stars. Blizzard had so much mint syrup you couldn’t even eat it. Then they were beyond rude when asked to fix it. I’ll spend the extra money at the Komfort Zone and support a small business.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We went to through the drive thru at lunch time. They were not busy whatsoever. There was only one customer inside the restaurant and no one behind us in line. We only ordered a burger and a chicken strip basket. We waited over 15 mins and even an employee commented on our long wait time to the other employees (we never complained or said anything.) The worst part was the food was completely cold and seemed to have been sitting there for quite some time. This isn't the first time this has happened but I believe in second chances. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

My kids and I love Dairy Queen, and I always hear ppl complain about the wait time at the store in Minerva. Now Yes it is a wait, but to play devil's advocate here I always see the employees working with limited help. To be fair ppl order food and it's made to order which is why it's always good and hot never soggy and cold. Ppl also order intricate ice cream concoctions. On top of preparing hot meals with limited help. Go next door and u either can't get an ice cream bc of machine or no ice cream on a cone maybe in ur hands with no napkins. 1 is quality and the other is the Tasmanian devil of raising prices for less/wrong/unreliable. At Dairy Queen I might wait, but at least it's worth it and I know what to expect. It's not the employees fault for understaffing. Maybe management could suggest a system of stations for each job and a helper who goes in between tasks when needed. I really like that Dairy Queen, and even with all the bs they endure it's a pleasant experience. Thanks y'all our family appreciates u!?

Parking: Open parking free with lots of space front and side.

Kid-friendliness: They know how to make a treat and kids love the Chilli dogs, and chicken tenders.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground Level with accessable seating, ordering, and facilities.

I don't usually give bad reviews, however, our visit to this DQ wasn't all that pleasant. My boss and I ordered a $30 meal, but the cashier refused to accept a $100 bill. He said the owner wouldn't let them. We were able to round up some small bills eventually to pay, but it just ended up losing a bigger sale for DQ, for dessert, after we ate our meal. We were planning on getting banana splits and getting a blizzard for the girl we work with, but without breaking our $100 we only had money for two sundaes...which had to be hot fudge because they were "out of strawberries !" So, I guess we couldn't have gotten the splits anyway...since they didn't even have strawberries!?! I'll just avoid this place like the plague from now on, but if you don't pay for things with cash or expect to be able to order some of their most popular items...then you do you. The burgers were good, but we went to DQ for the ice cream!?!

Local Guide Ohio

**Review of Dairy Queen**

Dairy Queen (DQ) has been a staple of American fast food culture for decades, renowned for its soft-serve ice cream and casual dining options. A recent visit to a local Dairy Queen provided a chance to evaluate what makes this chain a perennial favorite.

**Ice Cream and Desserts:**
Dairy Queen's ice cream remains the star of the show. The soft-serve is consistently smooth and creamy, with a texture that's hard to beat. I opted for a classic DQ Cone and was not disappointed. The vanilla ice cream had a rich, full flavor, and the signature curl at the top was as satisfying as ever. The Blizzard I tried was the Oreo variety, and it did not disappoint. The mix-ins were generous and well-blended, offering a delightful crunch and flavor contrast to the creamy base.

**Savory Items:**
The menu also includes a range of savory options. I sampled the FlameThrower Burger, which was well-seasoned and packed a spicy punch. The burger was juicy, and the heat from the spicy sauce was well-balanced, adding excitement without overwhelming the palate. The accompanying fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making for a satisfying meal.

**Service and Atmosphere:**
Service at Dairy Queen was prompt and friendly. The staff were attentive and efficient, handling both my ice cream order and meal with ease. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, with a nostalgic feel that many will appreciate. The seating area was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant dining experience.

**Value for Money:**
In terms of value, Dairy Queen delivers a solid experience. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The combination of affordability and the ability to indulge in a variety of treats makes Dairy Queen a good option for both everyday cravings and special occasions.

**Overall Impression:**
Dairy Queen excels in delivering classic American fast food and iconic frozen treats with consistent quality. Whether you're stopping by for a quick burger and fries or indulging in one of their inventive Blizzard creations, Dairy Queen offers a satisfying experience. The friendly service and nostalgic atmosphere further enhance the visit, making it a reliable choice for a casual meal or a sweet treat.

It always tastes good. Sometimes employees are a bit strange but good. One of the only downsides is how small it is inside and how cramped it can get on hot days.

Laziest staff I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go to the DQ in Malvern. You will save time and frustration. Employee hanging out outside and playing on her phone, refusing basic services like lids, napkins and making sure the order is complete because it seems like her job is just too hard for her.
