Well, I hate chicken tenders on a chicken sandwich. I want a chicken patty. Staff are 6, and the onion rings are cooked too long. But the milk shakes are great. Cakes and buster bars. Wish they would bring back the barbecue beef yummy. Handicap parking. Free parking. Take out . Kinda long wait. The fried cheese is awesome. Bit expensive. Been around forever.

Went through drive-thru for lunch and young girl at window was nothing but rude. Had attitude when we asked to add to our order. Then after we called her out for it she made up an excuse having to do with her grandma being sick and proceeded to state we were being disrespectful. The last few years minerva dq has went downhill. Don't recommend.

Waited in the lobby for 20 mins after opening and nobody even acknowledged that I was there and was hungry terrible service. Idk how you run a business that doesn't sell anything. Would leave a 0 star review if possible. Last time I'm ever going

Last Saturday we went there they were suppose to be open till 10pm about 10 cars in line nobody moving, they then locked the doors at 830 so we left. Went back tonight around 7pm appeared to only have one staff working. The blizzard was so runny you could not eat it, the milkshake was the same and we paid for a medium and got a small. A few weeks before that we gave the staff working a $10 bill and our order was $7 she kept the $3 didn't even realize it until we were almost home. Going to stop going for awhile it's just not worth the trouble.
