Whoever the female “manager” is, very disrespectful and rude. A late delivery was sent out, only one of 4 items were received. When called the morning of 3/15/23 when the store was back opened, the manager refused to refund the money as she thought it was a lie the food wasn’t received. She then proceeded to curse and say to never shop with them again, all we wanted was the money back or for it to be remade. As much money as I’ve spent there, the customer service is just horrible. If you don’t like your job or know how to do it, simply quit.

Domino's has always been my fav pizza however this location has lost my business. I get places get busy and things happen but lack of communication is just wrong. I called at least an hour and a half before close and sat on hold for 30 mins with NO answer. So I went online and placed the order, which went through, was accepted and paid for. Again this was all before closing time listed on line and stated in the holding message on the phone. I got an email that gave a time for it to be delivered. 10 mins after that time nothing had shown up yet so I went online to check status and it had been canceled and money refunded with absolutely nothing said to me that it was done or why. I get things happen but not saying anything to the person waiting on food for themselves and their children is ridiculous. I should have at least gotten an email or something explaining what happened.

Just tried calling to place an order. The lady that answered the phone told me to quit calling that they are closed and she was trying to use the phone. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude.
These employees at Minerva location are a joke. Food is good but need new staff. I admit husband was high strung, but had employee come around counter wanting to fight. Called the police. Poor poor customer service .
