I didn't even order. Female at front counter was totally rude. I asked for the special for 9.99 and she told me it was online only, which is fine. Then I asked her if I could go outside and order on my phone, she answered in a very demeaning tone I told you it's online only. That did not answer my question at all, so I went to Pizza Hut right down the road. The Pizza Hut pizza was great and workers were totally nice. I must add the male at Domino's was nice and apologized.

I ordered 4 pizzas for carryout and I got home and two of my pizzas were the wrong order. I called them to make it right and the first lady I talked to said they would make them again for me. I got ready to leave to pick up the rest of my order and they told me I needed to bring back the messed up order so I got the messed up order and brought it back in. I walked into the restaurant with the pizzas and one of the employees approached me and with a cocky tone asked me what was wrong with my order. I told him again that two of my pizzas were not in my order and and I showed him and again in a cocky tone he said well you could have told us you got the wrong order when you called. I told him I did tell the first lady it was the wrong order and he was like well that's not what I was told. He then proceeds to tell me he has to make the pizza again. I asked for a refund on the two pizzas and he said he could not do that, so I had to wait an additional 15 min for them to make my two pizzas again, even though I had called 20 min prior to that. Once the fixed order was given to me it was still not correct! I am very disappointed in the professionalism in their customer service!! It is one thing to mess up an order it happens, but to be cocky and rude when I come in to get my order is totally uncalled for.

Tired of all the pizza places in Minerva. So, I thought I would try Domino's. The worst pizza I ever had. Does anyone put sauce on pizza anymore? No sauce, white crust with cheese and peperoni on it. I will buy my pizza in Canton from now on. Pizza Oven can cook a Pizza. Should have checked the ratings first and saved my money. Junk Food

Bought oven baked sandwiches, hardly any meat or cheese . Way overcooked. Salad is prepackaged, not fresh. The only good thing I ordered was the garlic bread bites. $32 for 2 people and it totally wasn't worth it.
