I’ve ordered the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso from this location, so I knew right away something was wrong when I was given a very light-colored drink. I went back inside after trying the drink and explained that it seemed to be made incorrectly and possibly with whole milk, which is an issue because I am lactose intolerant. The employee suggested adding more espresso shots, but I politely asked for the drink to be remade. I then watched her go to the back and simply add espresso shots instead of remaking the drink knowing I have a dairy allergy.

The one manager was unprofessional talking down to her employees yet had time to complain to someone on her phone as well as call the person the b word then say the person's name correcting herself that she was texting. Them right then (10am 10/30/2025) employees were kind. The manager with the headphone was very unprofessional. As well as was telling a worker to forget the person on counter that she needed the drive-thru drink in her hand instead and mad about drive time. Dunkin is about customer service not drive thru times it's not fast food. It's fresh food and drinks

Better than McDonald’s breakfast, super fast service, great beverages. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Need make sure don’t service burnt bagels, need to reset the machine or turn it down.

The employees at this Dunkin are so friendly! The Carrollton Dunkin is actually closer to me, but I drive to the further Minerva one because they are much kinder at this one.

Went for a night drive to get donuts. The donut place that’s open 24/7 doenst make donuts i guess? Don’t come here expecting donuts, just disappointment. Why even bother staying open if you can’t even serve anyone?

The workers were to busy having a conversation then they were greeting and taking orders. Had to wait for the conversation (not about work) to stop before we were waited on.
First one we ever been too that didn’t do pup cups- per manger she stated something must have happened to keep them from doing them or maybe they just don’t know how to ring them up since it’s only whip cream and a donut bite..- two sad pups- also busy Labor Day and she was scolding team members for helping.. wasn’t the fun atmosphere as we have seen in there before when we drive through…
