The one manager was unprofessional talking down to her employees yet had time to complain to someone on her phone as well as call the person the b word then say the person's name correcting herself that she was texting. Them right then (10am 10/30/2025) employees were kind. The manager with the headphone was very unprofessional. As well as was telling a worker to forget the person on counter that she needed the drive-thru drink in her hand instead and mad about drive time....
Better than McDonald’s breakfast, super fast service, great beverages. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Need make sure don’t service burnt bagels, need to reset the machine or turn it down.
First one we ever been too that didn’t do pup cups- per manger she stated something must have happened to keep them from doing them or maybe they just don’t know how to ring them up since it’s only whip cream and a donut bite..- two sad pups- also busy Labor Day and she was scolding team members for helping.. wasn’t the fun atmosphere as we have seen in there before when we drive through…
