Ordered two bowls. One was half full other was less than half. Gave the fuller one to my husband. So mine was mostly gravy, you could count the kernels of corn and the chicken pieces were the size of a quarter. If I was the owner I'd be embarrassed to serve them. We didn't open them until we were home or I would have refused them.

I bought two tacos I ate the first one which was crushed. It was Doritos locos taco and they did not put it inside the case so I had to eat with my hands and got them cheesy...no napkins either!! Then I get home and my chx catina taco is much worse...how am I supposed to eat this?! The taco taste old and the shell seems to be very stale!! Do better!!! U guys suck!!

To start- a child threw up in the middle of the dinIng room as we were ordering. The parents asked for a mop. The throw up was still in a puddle of the dining room when we left after trying to eat. Staff standing around doing nothing. The Chicken was dry and tasted like cardboard. The ice tea was funny tasting. Didn’t taste like tea. The Cole slaw tasted spoiled and sour. See the pic of the chicken nuggets. There are supposed to be five nuggets here. I asked for another order of them and they looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs. The restaurant was dirty. Our hands got sticky from going in the door. I am sure we caught a disease sitting in the chairs! So dirty. Do better KFC

The food was prepared correctly, but the cashier in drive-thru seemed like she was not okay. No straws or napkins, items were missing, no silverware even though I had the famous bowl. In short, the food is good, the customer service is not.

Ordered original recipe! Got extra krispy! If you don’t have what I want. Just tell me! Now I’m pissed and most likely won’t be back! If I do come back, I’ll check my order before I leave! I’ll stay in the drive thru until I get what I ordered or my my back! If I liked extra krispy I would have ordered it!!!

All 3 hard taco shells were stale as well as the cinnamon twists. The employee working the drive-thru window yelled (very loudly) several times to someone in the back of the kitchen to come out and work the counter.

Just stopped in here for dinner. Nobody @ counter & nobody in view in kitchen. Waited approx 3 min then someone walked to window to take car order. Girl looked at us & told other worker several times we were at counter. Waited total of approx 10 min from time we went inside & was never waited on. Ridiculous !!!!

Yesterday they said they didn't have original recipe, today they have it but the chicken is burnt and the biscuits are like hockey pucks.
