A lot of people write bad reviews on this place but there’s employees that work here and teenagers that work here that can’t control any of it and that worked their butts off and all I see on here is people Hating on the place, but you guys aren’t in there shoes you can’t keep a fast food clean place when you’re busy constantly So if you people have no knowledge of how it is to work at a fast food place keep your reviews to yourself!

Paid for 2 cups of ranch and when I didn’t receive them in my bag I asked the drive thru lady for my 2 cups of ranch and she argued and said to her co worker that people do this all the time to avoid paying for sauce, even went as far as saying that broke people can’t pay 50 cents, I don’t care over 50 cents but I did pay it and it’s on my receipt.

Food wasnt cooked. Parked for 10 minutes for a SIX. PIECE. NUGGETS. Then, the nuggets were literally chirping at me. CHIRPING. & then the C U NEXT TUESDAY of a manager had the worst attitude about giving me a refund

Dirty Dirty restaurant, I can only imagine what the owners house looks like, I think the health department will be paying you a visit soon. I will never eat there again and I recommend you don't either!!! Sticky tables with trash on them, dont get me started on the floor and restroom. What a nasty place to be selling food to the public. Crazy dirty. Take a peek in the kitchen when you walk in, fries and lettuce all over the floor and a broom leaning on the fry cooker. Geez, you need closed down. Use the broom. Dont eat at the McDonald's in Minerva ohio.
I see all these bad reviews on here why don't all of you go work and take there place and work in there let them review you. Those poeple in there are doing the best they can. It's stressful at time. Everyone makes mistakes. Get off there asses. Or cook at home easy as that. Best milkshakes in town that's for sure. Keep up all the good work crew!! Jacob you rock too!!!

I loved McDonald's fries but their burgers were only second to BK. Then I had HARDEES and they beat both BK's burgers and McDonald's fries! Everything just tasted so fresh!

The mcCrispy strips are horrible. Keep it to the queen next door. Plus waited 10 minutes for 4 strips.

The place was filthy and no one was in uniform the management was terrible and there were workers arguing and I just got a Oreo Mc flurry and a hot fudge sundae and it took a long time and I was the only one there, overall I would not eat there again.
