I really appreciate a 20 minute wait just to get a still raw inside hamburger. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with the location for years in our small town. The staff is rarely adequate which leads to long wait times. I cannot remember how many times my order has been wrong. The staff for the most part acts as if customers are an inconvenience and I suspect the problems are a reflection of the management. I don’t like leaving reviews, but still raw and cold in the middle hamburger is unacceptable. Do better or just close your doors. It’s pathetic.

Cannot rate the food or drinks because they are always out! A one star rating is way too high for this McDs. I realize it's not the employees fault. Maybe the owner should consider a different line of work. Something is always broken or out of stock. It does no good to try to contact the owner. No response, nothing changed. Good place to put a different fast food place. Or maybe a another pizza place! ?

The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. One of them had a few Napkins in it. We stood at the counter for about 5 mins before we finally tried to get the workers attention. Someone was using the kiosk and the other one didn't work. We just said "hello? " and someone responded with "really!?". They took another couple mins to finally come out. The guy just walked up to the register and stood there waiting for our order. I don't think he said a single word the entire transaction! We paid and then waited another 15+ mins for our food which was subpar. I will never go back to this McDonald's again. It was gross, the workers were rude, and they were even out of condiments. I'm so glad this wasn't our actual dinner! We just needed something quick and simple before we drove to Columbus for the night.
