I used to call Pizza Hut all the time to deliver to me, but I am very tired of the call center answering my calls. I would like to call directly to the restaurant and order my pizza but I always get call center people. I can’t even understand them, please stop with the call centers. I miss calling you for my pizza.!
8/14/25 at around 3 PM. The young female you had waiting on customers at the front counter is exactly the type of exceptional person you want working at your business. I'd try to keep her around & have her train other employees- even at other locations, if it were my business. She was polite & pleasant, well-spoken, & prompt with service. The food was fresh & hot. I don't normally have to stop & eat in Minerva, but I got held up with my work, so I decided to stop in. No regrets, job well done, and thank you.

Do you know what I forgot? I forgot how freaking delicious Pizza Hut food is! I haven’t been to Pizza Hut in so many years! When I asked my son where he wanted to go for dinner, he said he wanted pizza and wings from Pizza Hut but he wanted to go to a Pizza Hut where we could go in and sit down and eat. We tried to go to Louisville, but when we walked in, they informed us they had shut down their dining room. We called Minerva, and they said they were open for business, dining room, and all! When we arrived, a staff member named Ruthie welcomed us with warmth and kindness. They were very quick and efficient in getting our order taken and offering us the best deal! We got the big HUT deal which included two pizzas, 16 boneless wings, any type of breadsticks that you wanted and sauces for dipping. We got all of that +2 drinks for around $34. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was smoking hot, fresh, crisp, and SO GOOD! I had not had pan crust for so long and I now realize what I was missing! The entire staff work so well together. Everyone was kind, polite, and welcoming. We went home with so many leftovers that we will enjoy again tomorrow! We will definitely be back! If it’s been too long since you’ve been to Pizza Hut, maybe it’s time for you to come back and remember why you loved it!

Pizza hut is the only place in Minerva that isn't skimking on ingredients or raising their price to unaffordable. Still the same great taste.
I PLACED MY ORDER 40 minutes ago and they canceled it right before they closed, I did get my refund but I’m hungry and no we’re eles is open now if I knew that they would do this I would have just ordered dominos
