The staff were friendly (although spoke such limited English that in order to ask for something to be with beef instead of chicken I had to ask in Spanish). The queso with the chips was incredibly watery as was the salsa. Chips had no salt. On the up side the portions were huge. Definitely enough for 2 full meals. The unfortunate part was they didn't reheat well. We were visiting from out of town so maybe we'd just split one of the giant meals next time. They were also very cheap which was great. It was by no means a bad experience, it was just average, which is why I'm giving it a solid 3 stars. (If the queso and salsa with the chips would have been good -and the queso actually hot, it would have gotten a 4, but they were just way too runny and barely luke warm. )

SHADY SHADY BUSINESS! NOT AS NICE AS THEY APPEAR WHEN YOU 1ST WALK IN THE DOOR. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR EMPLOYMENT, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND WALK OUT! They will enter incorrect and altered income on your wages earned and treat you like scum! Many other issues but in a nut shell... SHADY people and SHADY business! I said it and NOT SORRY! WE ARE HAVING TO GET ATTORNEYS NOW INVLOVED FOR REFUSING TO REPORT WAGES CORRECTLY AND WRONGFUL FIRING! Hate that they can be given even a one star...so undeserving of even one star!!! This is not me but a family member who had to experience this with them as an employee. Ask many other servers that also have had many problems. Getting paid is another issue. They make their employees at times wait weeks to almost a month before they can pay them. Vendors who have provided services to them also have had problems getting paid and you can see their reports in local papers over the years. Just a shady business that will eventually show its true colors for all to see. We learned the hard way unfortunately.

The service here is beyond friendly. I honestly went out of my way to talk to two other employees just to see. There is something in the salsa here; everyone is so nice! So what a wonderful day it is for tortilla soup. Theirs is very tasty; I love the zucchini and cauliflower in it. The meal my co worker and I both got was the Guadalajara Special. Delicious.I know this is important also, but I hardly mention it in reviews. Que Pasa is VERY clean as well. Obviously, this is appreciated by all, and they really do a great job.

We don't know because it smelled like a nasty bar drain and the smell was too bad so we didn't eat there. Felt bad about it. Seemed clean but I can't eat with that smell. They must invest in fixing the issue.

The food is absolutely delicious every time i've eaten there, the only times i've had problems are when I call in and order ahead. Both times I did that there was food missing. No big deal, just drive back and got it fixed and they apologized! Great restaurant!
