Anytime I order food it’s terrible freshness quality, I’m told to pull around from anything to they haven’t started my order when the place is empty. And the worst, if you pay extra and get add ons or swap something. You’ll get a plain version.

We do an online order so It's ready when we get there, not so we can sit in the hot parking lot idling for 7 minutes while your staff begins to make it at our inconvenience.
Over the years the quality at this location has been lacking. I understand the franchise owner believes they can behave however they please, but this behavior is malicious non-compliance with the contractual obligations Pepsi has agreed to.
I really wish they'd just nullify the franchise rights at this point. Having such inconsistent quality is almost worse than having no restaurant on this side of town at all.
May more virtuous ownership intersts prevail or you go the way of Hardee's.

So when we walked in the beautiful young lady that greated us with an amazing smile was nice on a rainy day. So we placed our order and got our food my son got a Chicken strip meal I got a 2 piece chicken meal and my husband got a bean burrito.so my son's chicken strip tasted burnt and looked terrible and our biscuits were not cooked all the way so I went up to get fresh ones and they then told me they would make fresh ones and lied then I asked for fresh fries cause his had gotten cold and the manager gotten very smart and hateful to me and it's sad because we will not be back and the new main manager worked very hard to fix this Taco bell and this is the first time our food wasn't good in a long time and I have never been treated like this and my husband said something to him because of his disrespect he gave me and we ended up getting our money back because the manger even argued with my husband so we left to have lunch else were . It's just said she has worked really hard to get this place running right to have people act this way when ,itf you don't have customers your business will fail.
