This is My favorite givoannis we don't eat at any other givoannis besides one in Minford they make the best pizzas and cheese sticks everyone I know loves it and when they come home out of town they stop at givoannis.

They raised the price of cheese sticks by 4 dollars and now put less in the box lol love it, used to be way better. A good place to get ripped off for mediocre pizza. Get a 16 inch from Walmart and make it, tastes way better.

Photos of the food is different than the actual food served. We ordered garlic bread and we got a sandwich bun with butter. Facebook shows different garlic bread, when asked about it the server said the owner chooses to do it differently than how the franchise wants it to save money. My calzone was raw and still cold in the middle and we overheard the cook yelling that something was “stupid” when the food was taken back. Server had to make my food herself to make sure it wasn’t raw.

Absolutely do not go to this place... I have a receipt to prove it. My order costs $37, and they charged me $45 and then wouldn't give me my money back, they are thieves, stay away!!!!!!

Wouldn’t let us pay over the phone when their card reader wasn’t working for my nieces card. But then come to find out it was their reader. They don’t something and her card worked. Then we get our order and it’s a steak hoagie not a Philly cheesesteak sub. Called and you all don’t even have a a Philly sub and didn’t tell us when we ordered.

This is my favorite Giovanni's to eat at. They have a great breakfast. Best around in my opinion, and they have the best Giovanni's pizza as well.
Slow ! Slow! Slow! They move at a snails pace on night shift thinking they don't have to work! I have eaten here all my life and never have I ever waited for a pizza for 40 mins! Something has to change,it's prices are to high for the quality of the food,the management needs to be adressed,addressed, poorly managed. Please for heavens sakes fix it!

Long time customer, always preferred their pizza but our last trip was just terrible in every way.
This time the price has increased so it cost over 30$ for just a pizza, then upon trying a slice it tastes like the ingredients were changed to something worse tasting and also they added onions which we did not want or ask for.
Tried calling and they had already closed. Called first thing the next morning and they just blamed us for not telling them the night before (which we tried). So when that excuse didn't work, they then blamed us for not inspecting it thoroughly enough at the window.
They have lost their future business with our familys treatment.

I don’t recommend any of the fried food or appetizers like onion rings or chicken. The oil tastes old and burnt/sour. The pictures on the menu look nothing like what you actually get. The fly problem needs to be addressed. They keep a bright pink flyswatter handy with fly guts on it. I heard other customers make comments about the pesky flies. Tables feel sticky and the restaurant looks old and outdated. Standards are low probably because there isn’t much competition when you’re located in the middle of nowhere. First time ever that I left a zero tip. Paid for food I didn’t/couldn’t eat. This was my first time to one of these chain pizza places and I won’t ever try one again. It’s a hard pass for me.
