Out of six times ordering online twice they put the wrong thing on the wrong sandwich and the last time they left the pop off the order and charged for it. Tried to call from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and they let it ring and the picked the phone up and put back down and from 9 p.m. till closing it rang busy. Called next spoke to owners granddaughter said she would let grandparents know. Called a week later spoke to another person and she said she would call me back, nothing. Will take my business elsewhere.
We are the only ones in there when we get inside. The two girls were in the back... One girl pops her head out after us standing there 5 minutes and says just a minute, and she kept doing what she was doing back there. Getting bread ready or something I mean come on. There's customers out here. She waited on us and another guy came in soon as she got done with us. She went back in the back again and told him to hold on. That's bad service. The customer should always come first. You can do that after you take care of them.... Newsomes Subway sucks
Service was horrible. The workers acted like they had no clue what was going on. It was dirty in the restaurant and smelled like weed. And to top it all off they had no chance and there card reader wasn’t working.
Man working had no knowledge on how to do his job and was rude!!!!!! Because he microwaved my bacon twice and the roasted it , I threw sandwich away because it was like cardboard. The rudeness of this worker was unbelievable! He talked about me to the next customer. I will NEVER go back to this Subway!!! And, I will tell everyone I know to never go here!

The employee I met was very disrespectful, came in wanting a Chero and a drink, had to ask about management and the employee it was over came out and started an argument, disappointed management need to FIRE that guy

I don't even want to leave a bad review but how can I not when every time it is always one thing or another to make the food/experience unsatisfactory. Not even faulting a person directly it's just perpetual disappointment when using this establishment.
Subway in Minford is my favorite subway to order from. But the past 2 times I’ve ordered through the mobile app and requested double meat and more sauce. This 2nd time I even put in the special instruction “please don’t forget the double meat”. I paid the extra $3 or whatever is for double meat and got a regular sandwich. Both times. Do better subway

We had ordered a mobile order and all of the sandwiches were incorrect and mixed up. Tried calling to inform them but never got an answer even after calling 3 times.

My $40 dollar order was 2/3 wrong so I called next day after I realized, tried to figure out why ( 3 rd time wrong online order ) the lady I spoke to first was very nice and talked to a manager and told me sorry . She would make me new ones . Next day or 2 I called to get my food then the manger said no . I have a broken leg , and couldn’t get to the store so bc I couldn’t the manager said she would not make my food the right way…. Well I’ll never eat there again. I’m just wasting money bc I don’t get what I pay for . Appreciate your management skills

Great customer service, food is about what you expect from a subway. But the reason for my low score it that while making my food the employee got a cell phone call and took their phone out of their pocket and answered it by swiping the screen with a gloved hand. The same gloved hand that they then touched my food and all the ingredients with. They should have changed their gloves. But I don't blame the employee, because I'm fairly certain that it was either the owner or a manager that called. Because they yelled at the employee for putting their knife somewhere it apparently doesn't belong. Supervisors and/or owners should not be micro managing employees over the phone while that employee is working. Because it forces employees to interact with an unsanitary electronic while handling food. If the employee need supervision then supervise them in person.

Always get a good sub or protien bowl from here. Food is fresh. Appearance of restaurant is always tidy. Staff always looks overly busy with making food for dine in and internet orders. Seen a few people come in, on several different visits, for their online orders and staff told them they hadn't made it yet. Idk if customers were early or the employees were just too busy.

I would say it’s a nicely kept restaurant, it’s always been super clean.
Friendly staff and clean, including the restroom. Great location.
