Always get a good sub or protien bowl from here. Food is fresh. Appearance of restaurant is always tidy. Staff always looks overly busy with making food for dine in and internet orders. Seen a few people come in, on several different visits, for their online orders and staff told them they hadn't made it yet. Idk if customers were early or the employees were just too busy.
I have ordered online for in-store pickup, two times, and every time, my order was messed up. The steak and cheese melt came as a regular sandwich, my bacon sub was so messy and it was supposed to be toasted; it was not. When I order for pickup, it's because I'm in a rush on my lunch break, and I don't have time to wait for a replacement. The turnover rate for staff is incredibly high and I think this is why my orders get messed up. Everyone is in training and learning....
