The most beautiful Christmas cookies i have ever seen in a bakery. This small town gem located in Mogadore, just beyond Akron's eastern city limit, is worth the drive. They have other food offerings and a dine in cafe area, but all I have tried are the cookies. Buttery and nutty, the right size. This is a shop that makes cookies equal in quality to the best of those homemade with love and tradition!

I have been a regular fan since shortly after Balkan Bakery opened last year, when I caught "Bakery" out of the corner of my eye, passing through Mogadore. We go weekly for late Friday afternoon lunches and are always warmly greeted and served fresh and terrific lunch, breakfast, salads and Serbian dishes and pastries.It is a delightful place to unwind at weeks end or on the weekend for breakfast, lunch, brunch or just a pick-me-up cappuccino.Did I mention, their cakes, cookies and desserts are not to be missed?Good on 'ya, Stana and Charles!
