All right we've been on this place for over a year. Prices have gone up portions have got smaller. Used to always get rice and beans with everything. Now you only get rice and your portion is extremely small. Two plates equals $30 not worth.

BUYER BEWARE! I got a HOUSE SALAD but the server girl asked if I want STRAWBERRIES on it then up charged it to $13 without telling me. So a $8 up charge is CHEATING. BEWARE.

First time experience for my wife and I. Great service by a young lady waitress. Started with warm chips and salsa, soft drink, my wife had two chicken soft tacos and rice, my order was 3 chicken enchiladas with red sauce, rice and beans. Presentation was good. Also two sauces offered, one was green and one red spicey, both tasty. Nice dinning area with booths, colorful tables and chairs, decorated walls and tvs. Food was authentic Mexican recipes. We recommend giving this restaurant a try.
Parking: Located on a corner lot with parking all around the restaurant and street parking.

Best Carne Asada I've ever eaten!!!! No kidding, I travel to a lot of places and the flavour is spot on authentic. The green sauce is where it is at. It's slightly sour with a punch of tomatillo and salt. I will be back every time I visit Summit Racing.
