Ordered online on a Sunday morning at 10am. Website said order would be ready at 11:30am. Store doesn't open until 11. Showed up at 11:30am doors were locked. Manager didn't show up. Needless to say I got a call from another manager and he gave us a credit and took care of our credit card charge. That's good management even though the morning guy screwed up.

Great pizza! Haven't had Hungry Howie's in well over a decade, and it's just as lovely as I remember it. We just had it for pickup, so I only chatted with the staff for all of 15 seconds, so I don't have much to judge off of there. That said, will definitely hit it up again when we're in the area!

A year ago this was my favorite pizza place. The pizza was always perfectly cooked.I gave them 3 stars because I understand people are struggling to find employees these days.But they must have a all new crew or something. We order pizza from here every Friday night. The last 3 maybe 4 months I have to throw it in my oven when I get home & cook it another 10 minutes. Even when I ask them to cook it longer they don’t.Cheese should be all the way melted. With little small...
