Several times now, I have received an incorrectly made order. I have a food allergy, and each time they have ignored it. I have reached out to the local owner, as directed by the receipt, but never heard back. This location used to be fine, I don't know what happened.

Waited in there for probably 17 minutes to pick up an order of a cup of coffee and a iced coffee and they kept telling me to be right with me kept ignoring me there's gentleman behind me waiting also very short staffed!!

The service is absolutely horrible, Waited 35 minutes in the restaurant for a $5 dollar meal deal and a separate time 15 minutes for a drink cup. Paying at the register for the kiosk takes about 10-15 for a worker to notice you standing there ready to pay. Food is honestly not the greatest got a mc double many times and every time the bottom bun is usually extremely stale. Drink machines almost always out of services for most drink options. Maybe like 2 to 3 people of the staff members are actually nice.

Absolute horrible service, lost my order and wanted me to pay again, none of their equipment ever works and the whole place is disgustingly dirty. Not to mention if you have a issue or need to pay in cash you need to wait a whole 30 minutes for a single person to come to the front or notice

Even though we had to be pulled up to wait, the workers were all nice and friendly and the food was all fresh when it came out
Very friendly staff. Great food. Very clean. They never give sauces, we've never successfully got sauces even when asked, and this store loves seeing how much of your order can fit in one bag even if it smashes everything and leads to the bottom breaking out. Very annoying but still the freshest, friendliest mcdonalds in the area.
