It’s been years since we ate at subway, because the food quality decreased. We decided to give it a chance again. Unfortunately this location was disappointing.
Service was not bad, staff was friendly but a little slow.
The location looks well kept up but it’s strange they don’t allow you to see the meat/cheese section of the cooler. Typically there is not a cooler lid in the way.
The food was the biggest problem. I got the Philly and my husband got the boss. Both had a plastic taste. The only items on both sandwiches were bread and onion. The plastic taste overpowered the garlic aioli I had (which is quite a strong garlic flavor). I didn’t even finish half of my sandwich before I threw it out. I won’t eat this food even if it was free.
Sadly Subway is now on the do not order list. If you want a sandwich go to Jersey mikes on canton rd. I will be from now on.

Made my turkey bacon avocado wrap out of flatbread and just rolled it up.
God help us. These people want $16 an hour ?

We have only be to Subway twice since they changed their menu. The buns might be a little smaller but it was very tasty. We did have a coupon. Thought it was a value.

They didn’t have any rotisserie chicken and on top of that they couldn’t sell me my subs I did order because there card reader was acting up very rude as well not a fun experience

I ordered online, to pick up in store.Didn’t know where to pick up in store, so I go to cashier to ask; manager at cash machine, did say hi, hello, how can I help you; she just continues to babble to other employees about working at another store.Employee had to come from the back to help me out.It’s not like Subway is doing me a favor when it’s other places I can spend my money.I want be going back. Customer service should be common sense, but you need to have sense first!
