I asked for chicken strips 2 times and the worker confirmed it 2 times as well and both my subs came without chicken I didn’t notice until I got home. Very disappointed! My food was also cold when i got home 5 minute drive and my subs were toasted but not long enough! 0/10! Do not recommend! Extremely dry!

Went to order to go had a trailer and went to run in and run out took longer for them to argue with me then it would have to serve me and let me move on. Will never give my business and if I could give 0 strs I would. Never so rude as soon as I walked in the door. Horrible you dont treat customers that way 😒

Ordering with the app is abysmal here. It will take your money not process your order then in 3 days after it done pending you can dispute it with the banks fraud prevention. I'm miserable everytime it happens

It’s been years since we ate at subway, because the food quality decreased. We decided to give it a chance again. Unfortunately this location was disappointing.
Service was not bad, staff was friendly but a little slow.
The location looks well kept up but it’s strange they don’t allow you to see the meat/cheese section of the cooler. Typically there is not a cooler lid in the way.
The food was the biggest problem. I got the Philly and my husband got the boss. Both had a plastic taste. The only items on both sandwiches were bread and onion. The plastic taste overpowered the garlic aioli I had (which is quite a strong garlic flavor). I didn’t even finish half of my sandwich before I threw it out. I won’t eat this food even if it was free.
Sadly Subway is now on the do not order list. If you want a sandwich go to Jersey mikes on canton rd. I will be from now on.

Made my turkey bacon avocado wrap out of flatbread and just rolled it up.
God help us. These people want $16 an hour ?

We have only be to Subway twice since they changed their menu. The buns might be a little smaller but it was very tasty. We did have a coupon. Thought it was a value.
