Sons wanted a pretzel- thought hey why not. First thing my youngest and I realized walking in was the smell. The only way I can describe it is a concoction of pretzels mixed with melting plastic. Something definitely wasnt right. He had to leave the store, other son enjoyed his pretzel though. We've long since left and I'm still nauseous, which is saying alot because I have a strong stomach. Weird
Stopped in and had to wait for pretzel nuggets to be cooked. They ended up being too overcooked and dry. 4/15/2025
The employees tipped themselves $16 on my order of 2 drinks and a pretzel. Their manager and corporate dont seem to care. Im talking with Monroe police detectives taking farther action. Auntie anns will never get any of my hard earned money. There’s more ppl complaining about this, the police department told me other ppl have complained of the same thing. Charges coming soon
Despite being busy we got old dry burnt pretzel bites. Also, no cream cheese.

Expensive but it was so good. All the employees were very nice and friendly.

said they were closed for 15 minutes but were actually closed over 30 minutes for the employees to take a break.. not their fault, but they could benefit from better management.
By far one of the worst places to eat! My family and I wanted some mini hotdogs! And when they served it to us! It wasn't properly cooked! I thought the mini dogs had cheese in them! Please don't come here unless you want to eat uncooked food!

The manager literally just blamed my 10 year old daughter for his rude staff giving us the wrong order. It's not like she went behind the counter and created the bags herself. Then he gave me attitude about it. Then he didn't have the correct product even prepared. This tells me he was just going to try to pass it off and hope I didn't care or didn't check. Tthis encounter went down after the ready by time. I hope this entire shift gets fired.
