said they were closed for 15 minutes but were actually closed over 30 minutes for the employees to take a break.. not their fault, but they could benefit from better management.

By far one of the worst places to eat! My family and I wanted some mini hotdogs! And when they served it to us! It wasn't properly cooked! I thought the mini dogs had cheese in them! Please don't come here unless you want to eat uncooked food!

The manager literally just blamed my 10 year old daughter for his rude staff giving us the wrong order. It's not like she went behind the counter and created the bags herself. Then he gave me attitude about it. Then he didn't have the correct product even prepared. This tells me he was just going to try to pass it off and hope I didn't care or didn't check. Tthis encounter went down after the ready by time. I hope this entire shift gets fired.
Terrible workers, rude... day pretzels! Auntie annes is one of our favorites and they found a way to ruin it. The mall birds wont even eat them.

I think they spritzed the pretzels with the wrong spray bottle, ours tasted like cleaning products (night of Jan 29, 2022).

3/27/21...Before leaving the mall, my son wanted to get a pretzel. My fiance decided to get one, so I decided to get one since I haven't had one in years. The service was great, I got to use a BOGOF coupon in the app & we all liked our pretzel. ?

My son and I went to Auntie Anne's because we love the Dayton Mall location. When I walk up to the register the manager (female) is staring at me. I say, "Hello!" and her response is, "What can I get cha?" So I order my food in OCP's ( Army camo uniform) She's training this girl and the rest of the staff look terrified and like they don't enjoy their jobs. She gives a total and I pulled a military ID since she wasn't going to give me the discount as that they do for military members. She hands me my food and doesn't even say anything. Again, I'm in an Army uniform, the most disrespect I have ever dealt with in military career. Shame on her, my 13 year old even mentioned her demeanor when we got back to the car. Never will go to that location again. Dayton Mall, you all are awesome!!!
